Apartment holiday rentals in Patalavaca

The apartment was very spacious and practically furnished, everything you need to stay is available. The terrace has sun in the afternoon from 3 p.m. onwards. The heated swimming pool is close by and sunbeds are always available. Repeatable ( still at the current prices, because given that the stay is going to be a lot more expensive).

María was an outstanding host. She was very friendly and attentive. From the very beginning she provided us with recommendations for all kinds of restaurants and sights all across the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend both the place and María to anyone visiting Gran Canaria.

Centrally located with walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. The street is car-free. Restaurants in the street that create a pleasant atmosphere. Quiet at night. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator. The terrace of the apartment has sun in the morning. The roof terrace is very nice with great selection of sun loungers and sun every hour of the day. The apartment has dark curtains, very comfortable beds. Easy to ventilate as the bedrooms have a window facing the outdoor room as shown in the photo. Necessary with airing as there is no AC. There are also floor fans if more air is desired. Everything is clean and tidy, is like new. There is no wear on furniture, and there is lots of equipment to cook. Lots of cutlery, glasses and plates . Good and quick communication with Alba. Would recommend :-)

We stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks, the apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom, good beds, large terrace with seating area, sun loungers, etc. Quiet and pleasant neighbors. The apartment was clean, tidy, well maintained. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Recommended

Stefan's apartment is great and we had a very nice stay. We felt very comfortable and the view was fantastic. The communication was very pleasant and Stefan is a great host. Baby dishes were even thought of. We will be happy to come back. 🤗☀️ Highly recommended is also the great restaurant by the pool.

Nice home with everything you could need, AC in every room, easy access parking and the best panoramic view. Morten, the care taker, responds swiftly and is very helpful. Would recommend to everyone, especially families with a rental car.

The airbnb was a really good base of operations for our holiday, with decent parking outside and well located from the airport, to Roque Nublo & the sand dunes, plus some old towns. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, and we had a very nice stay there. There are good enough restaurants nearby (and we were sent a good and thorough list of recommendations) as well as bars and shops. The beach is around a 15 minute walk and all uphill on the way back, with the walk back up to the apartment from the restaurants etc being up a few flights of stairs. Not a problem if you’re healthy, but something to be aware of. We were met by Anita and her daughter who were incredibly welcoming and helpful, both at the start and throughout the duration of our stay. The only issue we had was the level of noise from the shopping centre, with the karaoke and bars staying open until late. There was decent soundproofing in the flat but they could still be heard. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Happy to recommend. Good air conditioning in main living area and master bedroom.Back two bedrooms have windows onto an airwell but do get a bit warm. Lovely views across town and out to sea. Very helpful host who lives nearby.

We've just returned from the most wonderful week at this property! Lina, the property manager is very responsive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. The location is absolutely wonderful, so close to the beach. There are 3 pools at the complex, one pool was heated, my 4 children loved it (aged between 10 and 17). There were beach towels and beach toys provided which was a welcome surprise. We enjoyed meals out on the balcony together, but lots of restaurants nearby. Aquamar was a fairly quiet accommodation complex (perhaps because it was Feb) not many other families around, mostly retirees but not a problem for us, the beach was busy enough therfore nice to return to the quiet accommodation. We visited other beaches in the area (Amadores/Maspalomas/Playa Del Ingles) but were always glad to return to Anfi del Mar, as we all agreed it was the nicest, although it can get quite busy.

We've been to Puerto Rico for the third time and this was the nicest place to stay so far. Everything is there and very clean, the view from the balcony to the place and the sea is just great! Anita was always available and helped immediately when we had a problem. We will be happy to come back!

The stay at Laura's was simply wonderful. We felt right at home and everything we needed was there. From beach towels and parasols to games. The apartment was super clean and maintained. The location is perfect and the surroundings are simply wonderful. Thank you for everything dear Laura

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with a magnificent view of the ocean and the beach. The owner Ramon is a nice and very pleasant person who responds to all your requests in a timely manner and can even listen to additional wishes. I would also recommend visiting his restaurant with its wonderful cuisine. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for a great vacation.

Roberto was a superb host, guiding us to the property step by step. I had a small issue which Roberto responded too immediately to my satisfaction. *The apartment is bijou but well equipped for our 3 week stay. Bed was super comfy. Table and chairs and two sunbeds just outside the apartment. Lovely communal pool with sunbeds, some days we had it all to ourselves, which was a treat. *5-10 min walk to a large Spar, pizza restaurant and bar. On the street itself two restaurants- we only tried The Palm Garden and that was incredible. *There are 83 steps down to the apartment, this gave us a work out so saw it as a positive. It does mean you are frontline for a superb view over the bay. *10 minute walk to Anfi beaches (with white sand) and loads of restaurants, cafes and shops . All in all a perfect vacation spot, would happily visit again.

I read in the reviews of other guests, the part about the sound of the sea... it was what I loved the most... you can hear the sea and you fall asleep as if it were a lullaby. There is a walk to a small area with restaurants, ice cream parlors and even a supermarket without having to go out into the street. The apartment is impeccable, it has everything you need and is of good quality. The host was very friendly and allowed me to leave my things before the scheduled time so I could go to work without my luggage. 100% recommended

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Apartment at the top very clean modern new there is nothing missing, María is a real jewel, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk away everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc., 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc.) In short, there is really nothing to say about this apartment there is simply a beautiful roof terrace with views of the phenomenal sea. Highly recommend this house! We and the kids had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy. The Pool was big enough, heated, covered when not used and very clean. The Games Room is a game changer that we haven't saw nowhere else. It offers a lot of games for kids and adults. Hans is truly a professional and extraordinary guest oriented! Answering very fast in case you need something. The weather in this region seems to be best from the entire island (most sun hours).

Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

If you prefer peaceful atmosphere of a mountain village over crowded, noisy resort - this is a place for you. The apartament is spacious and cozy, with everything you need. The terrace is huge, you can have a complete 360 view of the surrounding valley (also from within the jacuzzi). There's amazing GR-139 trail nearby, plus numerous unmarked paths. Incredinble Los Azulejos is not far, as well as the (practically empty) Veneguera beach. If you're ready some crowds, then Puerto Mogan has a few very good restaurants, plus you can rent a bike (my only 2 reasons to go there) or boat (if you're into diving/snorkeling for instance). Generally it's the best place to explore southern Gran Canaria. Pamela is a great host and will make sure your stay is fully pleasant!

The apartment is located in a quiet environment, is clean and equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday. The whirlpool on the balcony is great. It is recommended to have your own car and not to have heavy suitcases because you have to go up some stairs to the apartment. The hostess was very nice and always available if you wanted questions or tips. We had a very nice holiday here.
