A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. It is located in a unique place on the coast, a few meters from the water, in an area of golden sand, black (volcanic) sand, and stones.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

With all the benefits that a spa provides, promoting physical and mental well-being. The Jacuzzi has a radio, Bluetooth, aromatherapy (optional), and chromotherapy.

The accommodation is located in Arinaga; busiest coastal town in the southeast of Gran Canaria. It is on the main street, easily finding restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. When you leave the building you will be on a street where pedestrians have priority and the beach is just a few meters away. It is cozy and bright, decorated with great care and designed so that guests do not lack the essentials, with a laundry area, to give them greater comfort.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The décor and the ambience are very well thought out. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people).

Salinetas is a small, family beach. It is very quiet which allows you to rest, go swimming or sunbathe in the sand. The beach is a few meters from the house, seeming to fly over the sea and this privileged location will allow you to enjoy both the views and its surroundings. You will have all the necessary comforts to enjoy a relaxing stay, with unique views of the sea giving a touch of infinite peace, making the holidays are enjoyed to the fullest.

⭐ Elegant, warm and cosy bungalow with a spectacular terrace and wonderful views of the ocean, the Maspalomas dunes and the horizon of Playa del Inglés. It features a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, two bedrooms with fans (one of them also with air conditioning), a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. Parking, tennis court and community pool currently under repair. Meanwhile, authorized access to a nearby pool.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

Columbus' House

New family apartment, very comfortable and less than 100 meters from the beach. Access is easy, only two very small flights of stairs, it is almost a ground floor. King size beds of 180x200 cm so that rest is assured. The whole house has exterior windows that ensure good ventilation and sunlight. Less than 50 meters away there is a bus stop, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, restaurants and the promenade by the sea.
