Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The bungalow is facing to the street, it has direct access and easy parking in front of the door, the entire street is a free parking area. The pool is only a few meters from the house, with many sunbeds and umbrellas. Internet Wi-Fi is included.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and lovingly decorated, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. With the aim of maintaining its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen living room. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and lounging area.

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.

My sunny apartment in the best area of Meloneras, very close to the beach,shopping centres, supermarket, restaurants and others... whit free parking for cars and very close to the bus station. Is a safe place and a quite complex. The apartment takes all the sun from during the day till the afternoon. Include all the things for the kitchen, towels and free internet too... :)

Chalet located a few meters from Meloneras beach, shops and restaurants. A 15-minute walk away is the Maspalomas Lighthouse, Maspalomas Beach, the bus station, shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants. It is a very quiet tourist area, with a swimming pool, ocean views and a great gastronomic offer in its vicinity.
