Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Passau

If you love pure nature, it's simply awesome. We had seen deer every morning and evening, it was just nice to sit on the terrace and watch the deer and birds. 30min from the Drachensee, it is also worth making a detour.

Great location, very quiet surroundings with lots of nature around it, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

Arnbruck is the perfect starting point for hiking the 'big 8' mountains in the Bavarian Forest. The house is in a chalet style and is extremely comfortable. To come back from a tiring hike and take a sauna or light the fireplace rounds out the day and makes Johann's accommodation a very special holiday home.

We had a wonderful week in Neureichenau with our dog. The house was quietly located on the edge of the village with a beautiful view. The dog enjoyed the toys that were ready for him and the garden where we could play with him. We have come to rest wonderfully and have had beautiful walks. As an extra gift, we regularly saw a pair of birds of prey transfer their prey in the tree opposite us! The house is highly recommended for a next visit.

A few wonderful days have passed, many thanks to our hosts Sonja and Thomas! An idyllic place to rest, hike, splash, and enjoy time! We were lovingly cared for in a beautiful historic baker's house, which was decorated with a lot of love and heart and it lacked nothing! Extremely dog-friendly and plenty of space for fun and play. The kitchenette is great for preparing small dishes and salads. Thank you so much for having us! The country and its people welcome you and you can do exactly what you want. Thank you for the wonderful time😍🫶.

We enjoyed staying with our dogs very much. Both the property and the surrounding forest invite you to linger and take a walk. Exploring the Ilz, the Wolfensteiner Ohe or the Celtic village is highly recommended. If you don't want to do anything, the property and the very cozy and comfortably furnished house invite you to linger and relax. We definitely felt very, very comfortable. Thank you!

We had a great time in Eppenschlag! The apartment is really very attractively furnished and the beautiful garden outside is pure idyll. The landlords are also super friendly and helpful. In terms of equipment, we lacked nothing and we felt super comfortable. We will be happy to come back!

Great apartman, better than the photos, 3 separate rooms. Host responsive and helpful, very kind. Easy connected to the central bus station (ZOB Passau) by bus 7, and back by bus 11. All recommendations.

We have been received in an extremely friendly and warm manner. Peter and Ulli are obviously looking forward to guests. We got into a conversation with the two of them very quickly. We visited the wonderful garden, where there was also a magnificent exchange of plants, flowers and other garden items. We would like to thank you very much for the beautiful days in Schaufling, and we will certainly come back there....

The contact with Astrid was friendly. She was very helpful. Our dog was also welcome. Everything was ready for him. And the view of the Danube Valley is great.

Very pleasant reception in the apartment, everything was thought out, such as treats for children and dogs, and a dog bed, etc. Spacious and functional accommodation for at least our family of four and two dogs. Nothing to complain about, only good things to say. Very friendly and peaceful area, very nice playground for children in the backyard. Hosts are very friendly and respond well to messages. We can highly recommend this home.

This is our 3rd time staying here. My wife and I were relocating and this home was the perfect location for us. We had to make many trips to Passau for meetings (only a 25 minute drive). When it was time to relax we used the local Therme Heated pool resorts and sat in the garden. Schärding is only 25 minutes away which is another cute town to visit. Ashwani and Alexandria are the perect hosts and are very kind. I highly recommend staying here.

We were there for one night and we felt very comfortable. Tasteful decor, clean accommodation, great restaurant nearby. There were even gifts for the children🤗

A great place in a great location. Town square just a few minutes' walk away, outdoor swimming pool right on the doorstep Shopping at the discounter is easy to reach by car. Otherwise, the Schärding city centre attracts with its charm and many great local shops. Price performance is top and communication is flawless and very fast.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The flat was clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped (as if I was at home, not in a hotel/accommodation). The place itself is wonderfully quiet. You can just hear the crickets, the birds, the sound of the wind. Perfect to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several interesting attractions in the area for those who like to be active. Definitely recommended!

I am an extremely clean person in everyday life. I quickly feel uncomfortable if things are not tidy or are messy. Therefore, at this point, a very big compliment to the person who tidied up the accommodation in advance! Excellent work! There was enough space for the German shepherd who travelled with us. In addition, due to the rural location, the apartment is in a "walking-friendly" area. The affected residents of the village are very friendly (to strangers). You are greeted by everyone and help is offered if you - as we apparently do 😁 - stand around a bit lost in the landscape. We were happy to be guests in this house and will also be happy to come back if we need accommodation in this area again.
