You can hike or cycle from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are also not far away.

We have a nice little 1-room apartment for travelers who like to spend a little time out in nature. The apartment is about 15 square meters and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room there is the kitchen-living room with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV.
