Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers cosiness and comfort. It is about 55 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but two more people can easily be accommodated. There is also a yoga and training room (approx. 30 m²) available for shared use, which invites you to do yoga, meditation, punching bag training and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)
