From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Forest apartment Einöde

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau region (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping options and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, a table football set and an outdoor play area available. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.
