Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lower Bavaria

We booked both rooms with Nicole at short notice for one night. A very large light accommodation with plenty of space and its own small terrace corner. We had the apartment to ourselves. Nicole is very personable, attentive and caring. I am happy to recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Ricarda’s place. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. Ricarda was a fantastic host — always friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was very easy to get from Regensburg by bus, which made it even more convenient. If I come back to this area, I’ll definitely try to stay here again or recommend it to my friends. Birgit is a very kind host. Although it is not a guesthouse, she has set us the breakfast fresh every day and made coffee. We were still able to leave our car after checkout and go to the toilet again before our departure. In the immediate vicinity, various bus lines run into the city ( recommendation: Stadtwerke Landshut App).

What a wonderful, beautiful oasis! You sit here in the middle of the countryside, high above the Danube and looking out over the vast land! Even in the rain, you are well protected on the spacious terrace and can watch the wet hustle and bustle. We were guests at Barbara's for a week, just needed some peace and a break. And that's exactly what we've found here. Barbara sometimes uses the kitchen and bathroom, but only in exceptional cases and always by arrangement. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable. On the contrary, we immediately felt at home here. No one should expect a lickety apartment here, rather, the love of detail can be felt throughout the house (and in the spacious and beautiful garden!). This is where someone lives who likes it cosy and wants to pass that on to their guests. And finally: Waren was there at the best salad harvest time and was allowed to serve us generously and when she baked cakes, there were also a few slices for us. Yam, both very tasty!

You immediately notice how much love Barbara runs her AirBnB, I immediately felt super comfortable 🥰 the accommodation is very nice and the room very bright and cozy, there was fine tea and everything was lovingly prepared. Barbara was always great to reach and gave good tips for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was soooo fine with everything your heart desires 🙏🏼 I can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back when I'm in the area again ☺️

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

We were personally welcomed by the landlord. Everything went smoothly. There was super delicious and regional breakfast and on top of that tips for things to do. The accommodation is highly recommended for families with children of all ages. We will be happy to come back.

Lovingly furnished apartment, a bit off the beaten track, but with a bus stop to the old town five minutes from the door.

Great host, very friendly. Room is clean and spacious in a well decorated house. In the morning the lovely Gertraud serves a solid german breakfast with fresh bread. The house is in a small, quiet and beautiful village, but not far from highway / autobahn number 3. Recommended place to rest after a long day of travel !

We stayed here for a wedding. The check-in worked out great and the arrangements were very friendly and flexible, as we were not yet sure what time we would arrive. We felt very comfortable.
