There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Sanft am Hang gelegen, eröffnet sich euch ein atemberaubender Blick über üppige Weiden und dichte Wälder. An klaren Tagen könnt ihr sogar die majestätischen Berge bewundern. Auf der Terrasse kannst du in unserem holzbefeuerten Hot Pot die Seele baumeln lassen.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Dear travelers, my place can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. The apartment offered has on its first floor a kitchen with all dishes, a small bathroom with shower, a seating area with TV, beds and a small dining area. There are more beds on the upper floor. Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.

Forest house at the "Hoitzer Hof"

A small wooden hut on the edge of the forest on our farm grounds is rented. Without running hot water, electricity in the cabin and only sporadic cell phone reception, this cabin offers you a real nature experience. At a time when constant availability has become the norm, with this property you consciously choose to slow down and have a resource-saving adventure.
