Very nice 3-star apartment, with large terrace and grill, in a prime location, right on the edge of the forest and very central. The apartment is in a separate part of the house with its own access. The city center is about 20 minutes away by foot. The bus stop for city and ski bus is about 8 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity are the sauna village, tennis courts and the cross-country stadium. Use of Wi-Fi, bicycles and Nordic walking sticks is free. The spa fee is to be paid on arrival.

Our Apartment is overlooking the lovely town of Kallmuenz which is also home to a quite nice art scene. We always have been interested in other cultures and lively people. This influenced our approach to be hosts ourselves a lot.
