Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Bavaria

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Claudia's chalet was delightful. Perched on the edge of the forest with a beautiful garden, hot tub, a spacious and elegantly decorated house, it was a brilliant place to stay and we loved our time there. Claudia is so warm and welcoming, the perfect host.

Very nice and high-quality furnished chalet. We lacked nothing, neither the equipment of the kitchen nor that of the other rooms left anything to be desired. The location and the surrounding nature are indescribably beautiful and invite you to take both smaller walks and longer hikes. Tourist "hotspots" such as the treetop path are also easy to reach by car. Another highlight is the wellness equipment, which was really easy to use after a short introduction. The combination of sauna and whirlpool ensures total relaxation and recovery from everyday life. The cleanliness of the chalet and the furnishings should be emphasised. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back☺️.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

i really enjoyed the stay. Was extremely idyllic and was able to relax and unwind. The cottage had everything you need. The bathtub is highly recommended. Would come back any time!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Regensburg this is it! It is very centrally located in old town close to all the sights and very walkable. There are a few markets just down the street. The apartment is spacious, private, clean and well stocked. Super easy check-in and Alwin and his son were very helpful as well.

A magical spot on earth. The beautiful little apartment is located in the house and yard of Bernadett's in-laws. Upon arrival, we were greeted with fresh eggs from their own chickens, fruit jelly and cold drinks. Our children immediately took a liking to "Grandpa Alf" and learned a lot about sheep and trout farming. The area is picturesque – even for longer stays, there is a lot to discover. Thank you for this genuine hospitality.

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

We stayed four days for a birthday party with about 20-25 people on site and this cabin was perfect for that. There are plenty of beds (more than indicated, namely 28), newly renovated bathrooms with rain shower, a super equipped kitchen, cozy rooms to sit, a large garden with fire pit and options to sit outside in the sun everywhere:) View is beautiful and the starry sky wonderful. Both the beverage service and ordering from the bakery was straightforward. The landlords are very accessible and likeable. What else could you ask for? We would come back anytime. Thank you!

We stayed at Tom's Airbnb for an extended weekend and felt very comfortable. The location is quiet but still well connected. For us, it was great that the kitchen was so well equipped - so we could cook without any problems. We experienced Tom as very warm and hospitable. We liked it, happy to come back :)

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight - especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

We were travelling as a large family with 3 generations. I had to clarify two things in advance about travelling with a small child and immediately received an answer and a helpful concession. Then we arrived and we ALL immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully located and really practical and cozy. Communication 1a. You are immediately at the Isar and can walk along the water to the city centre. The garden is a real feel-good garden. The equipment for pastime for all 3 generations is phenomenal - from picture books to Playstation to very traditional street chalk, grill and badminton and much more. I look forward to being able to stay here again at the next family reunion in Landshut. Thank you!!!

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" - the holiday home with balcony was shown there. On site, we were accommodated on the ground floor, but even from there, we had a wonderful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly taken up by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quick on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bed linen was a bit older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

We liked it very much in Katharina's apartment. The view was beautiful. The apartment is cozy. We had everything we needed. The sauna and swimming pool are right in the annex. Katharina was nice and always helpful. We enjoyed the holiday in this apartment very much.

Very nice, especially Hauzenberg has plenty to offer. A granite museum, granite quarries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, swimming lake and many opportunities to do sports. Directly at the apartment there is a nice pool, a sauna with indoor pool. All in all very nice and recommended.

We just stayed three days at Michael's apartment in Sankt Englmar. It was a great pleasure. It was really well utilized in space and there was nothing missing. We stayed there with two small children aged 1 1/2 and 4 without any problems. There's a lot of things to do in the area and could easily come back. The apartment complex is quite worn (the apartment is really nice though) and the water is a little cold in the swimming pool but or fine.

It was the second time we stayed at Anke's accommodation. We will definitely come again:)

A very nice cottage in beautiful countryside. You are immediately on vacation and do not want to end the vacation.

Thank you very much for the hospitality and this beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, nothing was missing. The fact that we could not use the pool due to the bad weather was made up for by the variety of DVDs, books and games. Above all, our 5-year-old son was very happy about the large Lego crate and some family film. Thank you very much and maybe see you soon (we still have to test the pool after all😉).

We were there as a family and it was perfect for us. The location is just great for excursions and in front of the accommodation itself there were also many opportunities to play. In the apartment was everything we needed for us. We will be happy to come back :)
