Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Quiet apartment in old town house at the Dreiflußeck

The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

Our 1-room apartment (about 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a leisurely five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Fantastic views over Passau

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located home. The nearest Edeka with a bakery is only a 5-minute walk away. To consider: The apartment on the 4th floor can only be accessed via the large external staircase. There are 136 steps without a lift. You should be good on foot. It is a garage parking space with a height limit of 150 cm, a width of 190 cm and a length of 500 cm. As an alternative, I can offer a parking space 1100 m away.
