Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Our 1-room apartment (about 40 m²) is located on the ground floor of a listed house in the historic old town of Passau. The window side opens to a small, sunny garden – a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Right outside the door begins the charming alley around Künstlergasse and Residenzplatz with many cafes and restaurants. The imposing cathedral and town hall are just a leisurely five-minute walk away – ideal for culture lovers and city explorers.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car.
