Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Passau

The three of us with our dog stayed for 3 days in Michal's house and had a great time. The house was clean, modern and in a very good location. We especially liked the beautiful lake nearby, ideal for walks or just to relax. Communication with the host went smoothly. We would book the house again at any time and recommend it.

We spent a weekend in the house and had a great time. A very cozy farmhouse that is super equipped. Outside, there is a playground for children and lots of toys. Everything was very clean. We lacked nothing and we can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Great location, very quiet surroundings with lots of nature around it, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice hostess, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

A beautiful house located directly on the lake, access is easily possible. The house is perfect for families with children, there are many different options for all ages. The furnishings themselves are upscale and in perfect condition. Charcoal grill and sauna are also available. A parking space for a car is available directly at the house, further parking spaces are about 100 meters away. The entire system is very well maintained and in excellent condition. We would book again at any time, absolute recommendation. Communication was always possible and without problems.

Wonderful old house, which fortunately has not been renovated to death. Very spacious, beautiful large garden and very friendly landlords who live in the neighboring house and have many tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. The kitchen is a bit small for people who really want to cook, but it is well equipped with coffee, tea and other small items. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to add a few more days to the extended weekend.

Everything was fine. Perfect place for small groups.

The Adam family welcomed us warmly. We were very happy with the place, it was very clean, comfortably furnished and very quiet. Great were the alpacas and the goats! :) The wellness area is also a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly family. The farm with alpacas, playful dogs, a donkey and other animals was a real highlight - especially for our little son. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautifully located in the middle of nature! Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating for our late arrival. They were friendly, welcoming and immediately made us feel at home. I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie’s place! The house is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the location is very close to a lovely lake. Nathalie is an amazing host—she even left a small welcome package and note, which was so thoughtful. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she responded immediately. I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was big but really cozy and light. Surroundings and a small bakery right in the same house were also a part of a nice atmosphere there.

We had a lovely stay at this chalet! Beautifully located, though not quite as lonely as the pictures suggest. Very friendly and straightforward contact with hosts. Good amenities and general condition. Glad to come back!

The accommodation is as described, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The sauna is a very nice plus and easy to use. The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but that suited us. located 15 minutes from the obri hrac hike, which offers a friendly view. Higher than the accommodation, within walking distance, also another very nice walk. 1 hour from Cesky Krumlov, which is really worth a visit. responsive hosts, but inquire in advance about the possibilities of activities in the area. Washing machine in common with the other listing.

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. This beautiful house was rebuilt and restored with visibly high and priceless effort and obviously according to very demanding ecological standards. The history of this house alone is well worth reading! We felt so comfortable in it that we - unusually - spent more time in it and in its wonderful outdoor area than originally planned! We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!
