Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Paris

We loved staying Sophie&Stephane's beautiful studio apartment in Paris. It was centrally located and it was easy to get to all the places we came to Paris to see. Even with a technical challenge in the building, Sophie&Stephane were quick to address it. We would most definitely book with Sophie&Stephane again if we come back to Paris.

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

Logement très paisible, moderne et très propre. Cyril est très gentil et passionné par son activité, très rare de nos jours. Nous ne pouvons que recommander…

Super séjour! Appartement propre et idéalement situé ! Sécurisé également. Literie confortable ainsi que le canapé-lit. Rien à redire Hormis effectivement le léger bruit du métro, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné pour autant, car nous n’entendons aucun autre bruit de « ville ».

Hôte très réactive: après un léger soucis technique dans la salle de bain, Iwona nous a trouvé une solution extrêmement rapidement en nous basculant sur une autre chambre plus grande :) (merci encore). Appartement propre, facile d’accès (plusieurs places de voitures disponibles dans la rue). Proche du tram ! Merci encore pour ce beau logement ! Je recommande a 200% !

Die Unterkunft war schön, ich habe mich gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster war für mich jedes Mal atemberaubend. Ich danke Renaud und Costanza für die Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Kommunikation! Würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Séjour très agréable dans ce loft situé dans un super quartier ! Etre en rez de chaussée est très appréciable. Métro à 5 minutes et tellement de bars restaurants, alimentation… tout est à portée de mains! Et pourtant le lieu est calme, ce qui est reposant après les visites et le monde de la journée! L’accueil et la gentillesse de Sonia et Karim nous font sentir comme à la maison, très chouette !

This is a lovely little apartment, very central and very quiet. It is chic and quirky, with a number of pleasingly unusual features and a very relaxing feeling to it. Stephen is a charming and helpful host. With a bakery across the road and walking distance to a very wide range of shops and restaurants you won't struggle to be well fed. There is easy access to all of central Paris by foot or public transport, which makes it a perfect base as a tourist.

We absolutely loved this place. Could not get a better view of the Eiffel Tower… Seriously just gorgeous view of it right outside the living room and kitchen areas. Looked close enough to touch. The apartment was Super clean and very comfortable for my family of four and could’ve easily fit two more people. Just to let you know, there is no description of how to check in in the instructions but when you arrive, there is a receptionist and he called the person that was waiting for us and she came down and showed us up to the apartment and all around. So… If you don’t receive instructions on the day of check, don’t panic like I did just go to the building and let them know you’re there at the reception and someone will be there. That said, we would definitely absolutely stay at this beautiful place again.

Marvelous stay! It was impecable, the room had everything to cook , spacious, new, clean, beds were superb and pillows too. Service from the concierges was perfect!

On y est allé pour une nuit, tout était ok! Les deux personnes à l'accueil étaient top!

The decor was beautiful. My siblings and I only stayed a night, we were seeking rest, but unfortunately it was not a very restful night. The Airbnb is right next to the entrance of the apartment and we heard people coming in and out at all hours of the night. The location isn’t ideal for rest because you can hear everything unfortunately. However the decor like I said was so beautiful and the place was spotless. They also had a beautiful shower. The restroom on the other hand was tiny. Overall I can tell so much effort and attention has been devoted to this place the downside is the location within the apartment and the small space. We appreciated all the attention to detail, the recommendations, and the cleanliness.

I had a wonderful stay at Guitho’s place in Vigneux-sur-Seine. While it's a bit away from central Paris, the location is very well connected by both rail and bus, with the nearest station just a short 750-meter walk. There are also small eateries and grocery stores conveniently nearby. The apartment was spotless, with all listed amenities in perfect working condition. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the spacious terrace—a real bonus! Though the weather didn’t fully cooperate during my stay, I can imagine how lovely it would be in summer. A small table and a couple of chairs out there would make it the perfect spot for a morning coffee. Thank you, Guitho, for your hospitality and all your help throughout my visit. I truly loved my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return!
