Holiday rentals with a balcony in Paris

Perfect place to stay while visiting Paris. Close to attractions and restaurants. 10/10 would stay here again. Thank you!

Alexis’s AirBnb at Rue de Rivoli was a PHENOMENAL end to our trip. Alexis greeted us upon arrival & reviewed the technologically advanced apartment with us & sent us a list of delicious local food recommendations! The apartment is private, quiet, with very modern design: custom knobless glass and wood cabinetry, remote lighting and window openings, and a quaint balcony that lets you watch the sunrise and set over Paris. Extra perk: the washer/dryer made it so we didn’t have to travel back to the US with 2 weeks of dirty clothes! Also, there’s a wine fridge stocked with excellent wines if you so wish!

The apartment is superbly located on many public transport lines. It is very spacious and offers incredible views over Paris. The bathrooms and beds were clean and tidy. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything else you need. The apartment is fully loaded with the owners' belongings and is basically a little outdated. This has a homely flair for us, but it is not for order lovers who like to have it clean and sterile. We felt like at home and would stay there again at any time😊

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Close to everything you need (public transport, restaurants, supermarket). It really felt like we were living in Paris for the week. Julian was always helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and hopefully we will come back soon!

Sara was a wonderful host — accommodating and communicative. Her place was clean, spacious, and centrally located. Very comfortable stay for an American family of 4!

This flat was even better than on the photos, lots of light, nicely decorated, well-equipped, super responsive host, perfect location and a nice touch with a free coffee and pastry the first morning. It was remarkably quiet with the windows closed, despite being located on a busy corner. I would stay here again any time!

The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. We really liked it! Jérémy was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He truly cared about our well-being, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Daniel’s apartment was truly amazing. The pictures simply cannot capture how stunning the decor, artwork and lighting are. In addition, Daniel was a fantastic host, very engaged and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay in Paris. He met us at the apartment upon our arrival and went through every detail of the apartment’s many amenities. The apartment is in a great location and less than one block from the Metro. The surrounding neighborhood has many excellent restaurants, bakeries and shops. I highly recommend Daniel’s place to anyone visiting Paris and wanting to stay in Le Marais. We could not have asked for a better apartment or host.
