Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

There is a zero-entry pool heated during cold months, 2 hot tubs, children’s splash zone, arcade/game room, pool-side Bar and Grill, and Ice-cream store. Boardwalk has an on-site HOA and maintenance team and 24 hour security. There are 5 large elevators, however, this condo is on the 3rd floor - you can take an elevator or the stairs. Unit is right in the middle of the building and has an AMAZING view!

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach.
