Thank You, Erica! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful beach house that was arranged for me by Erica, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her exceptional service. From the moment I reached out to her, Erica was incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. The beach house itself was stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated, and just a 2 minute walk away from the ocean. Erica also provided a wealth of local knowledge, recommending fantastic restaurants, activities, and hidden gems nearby. Her suggestions made my trip even more enjoyable, allowing me to experience the area. I cannot thank Erica enough for her professionalism and service provided . This was such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the host is so generous and thoughtful 😊 so thankful for all accommodations and a very helpful/resourceful host. My family and I really enjoyed staying at Eddie’s condo. It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and extremely close to the beach with also easy access to the pool and hut tub. Eddie was also very responsive and we were given the option to check in earlier, even though we arrived later than expected.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was peaceful and private with a beautiful view right next to the canal. My kids especially had a blast fishing off the dock — it quickly became their favorite part of the trip. The setting was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We would definitely love to come back!

Great location and home for our friends with family trip! The pool and backyard was the perfect hangout and the beach was a quick walk away. Very comfortable for 3 families all with kids! Grateful our fur babies could join as well! Travis was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay… the OBX is now our favorite vacations spot! Sounds Groovy was Awesome with wonderful and responsive hosts.

These people are wonderful people me and my friend had an amazing time staying at there place! The place is exactly like what you see in the pictures. You will have there downstairs room to there house they will be staying in while you are there. It’s very nice that you have a walkway with access to the backyard gate which is where you’ll find your sliding glass door to your room and bathroom. You also have access to the beach bikes and the canoe which is really nice. Me and my friend brought our Blackstone down and cooked with Brad aka Sammy Hagar , lots of cool stories were shared. I had an amazing stay and I would definitely go back in the future. These people are wonderful host and the have all the suggestions of what to do , where to go

This is an excellent location for the entire Outer Banks. Recommendations on things to do and places to eat were very good. The automatic lights for taking the dog out at night were perfect. Check in/out instructions were very detailed. Jenna & Tim were great hosts. Lots of amenities and great layout. Lots of fans, lighting and outlets. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. When we return to the Outer Banks this will be the first place we look for availability. We had an incredible stay at Sarah’s place! It is close to everything and was exactly as described. Sarah was also super responsive and had great recommendations which we referenced throughout our trip! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

This was our first time in the Outer Banks and we loved this cottage for our family of five. It was convenient, clean, had a great kitchen, very cute, wonderful views of the beach and ocean, and the deck had a walkway over the dunes right to the beach. The location was close to grocery stores and other amenities. Diane provided beach chairs and an umbrella and the deck had a shower to clean up before going back in. All of this made our stay here easy, relaxing, and fun. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved Avon, the beach was private, the weather was gorgeous and our location was perfect, fairly close to all restaurants, stores. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. Even going out of their way to provide us with any creature comforts, coffee pots, recommendations etc. Would definitely recommend.

Great week stay!! Had some issues with the internet not working when we first arrived but Amanda was very responsive and called Spectrum to get it fixed the next day for us. Listing was as described. Lots of bugs and flies outside but to be expected since it was in the listing. Saw a few bears in the area and wildlife! Nice and secluded - about a 25 min drive into Nags head, not bad. Was able to utilize the grill which was nice to have a cookout with the family! Overall nice stay for the price and had a great vacay with the family

We had such a wonderful family vacation! The beach was perfect. It felt like we had our own private beach area. There is plenty of room for our family of six. Gia was very responsive and available. She has such a lovely home! We can’t wait to book the house again. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming.

I am pleased to say that my stay at the house was absolutely incredible. The house was in immaculate condition and it felt like a normal house. With a full kitchen and a laundry machine and drier it felt like a perfect vacation home to me. There were plenty of things to do around the house. I did a lot of fishing in the Avon area and the house fired my needs perfectly. The 2 hoses out side the house and the outside shower made it super easy to rinse my gear off. It wasn’t super far from a few different beach accesses. I would 100% stay at this house again. I highly recommend it if you’re thinking about traveling to the obx.

This is an excellent house for your beach get away. It is a very clean, updated home with everything you need to love your stay in Avon. The location is great, in the middle of town. It’s an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The home has a personal dock on a canal. It is a short paddle to the sound with the kayaks at the house. You can also enjoy crabbing with your family from the back yard and dock. We definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Avon.

The house was clean, just as described, and easy to get into. Met our needs for the trip and the host is very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at Serendipity! It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. We had tickets to see The Lost Colony in Manteo, and this place was much more reasonable than staying in Manteo. The location can’t be beat. It’s right on the water, quiet and peaceful. It was also a short drive to downtown Edenton. Georgianne made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

My family came here for spring break and spent 4 nights at the house. The house was clean and inviting and my kids loved that they had the upstairs bedrooms to themselves. Dan was extremely responsive when I messaged him with questions and the hot tub was perfect due to the spotty weather we experienced. We had a great time!

Janelle and Adrian are absolutely wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful and perfect. In every way the second you walk in you feel like you are on vacation and you don’t wanna leave. We actually extended our stay because the house was so beautiful and the location of the home was so perfect that we Just needed that one more night before we were ready to say goodbye. They are so quick to respond if you have a problem with anything and they immediately fix it for you I will never use any other Airbnb again when traveling to that area.

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! My friends and I absolutely loved everything about it. The hosts were very responsive and kind enough to fix a mistake I made with the initial booking. The house was beautiful and in a great spot. The waterfront was gorgeous and we loved the kayaks. Can't wait to stay there again!
