Holiday rentals with lake access in Pamlico Sound

Beautiful home with well maintained pool n hot tub. Had a great time with volleyball and cycling. Close to reach lot of places near outer banks. Only thing i would suggest is replacing the grill. Board games and game room is like a cherry on top. My family is very satisfied and wants to return every summer.

Great place. Right next to clubhouse. Being able to use the club amenities is a major plus. Had a round of golf which was great. Nice view of the marina. Not busy even on Memorial Day. Good value. Would book again.

Lots of space, clean, and beautiful. There were discounts for a number of local businesses, and the location was perfect for beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

We had a great stay. The home was beautiful , clean and was so welcoming. The surroundings were so peaceful from the yard, firepit and pier. They supplied everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private pier kayaking fishing and fixing smores around the firepit, we had the best time. She was a great hostess and answered back quickly to any questions we had. We had a great time. it was a beautiful place and would recommend to anyone

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

First time with Bruce, as my usual go to was booked. Turns out it was a blessing. I love Bruce's home; it was clean, welcoming and tastefully furnished. Communication with Bruce was outstanding, he was very responsive to questions and easily available. Bruce's unit will definitely be saved as a favorite and I would very highly recommend him. The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!

I have stayed at several of Alana's places at this point and always enjoy it she does a great job and is super responsive.

My wife and I stayed in this waterfront property for a Memorial Weekend getaway and it was everything we hoped for. The house was clean and Alice was a wonderful host, giving insight about local restaurants and answering any questions we had.

A Superb Cottage in the Heart of Ocracoke. We just spent 10 nights in Grey Pearl and loved it! The cottage was very comfortable for just my wife and me, but would easily accomodate up to 6 people (with the sofa bed) with 2 comfortable bedrooms, one roomy modern bath, a large living, dining and kitchen area and a spacious rear screened-in porch. The cottage has all the amenities you may need, including wi-fi, washer/dryer, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen wi. It has a fabulous outdoor shower, and the perfect rear porch for reading, enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. It’s conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood on a back road, about a 10 minute walk from Ocracoke Coffee, the Flying Melon restaurant, the Back Porch, Dajio, and other eating places and shops. Zillies is just around the corner. Jennifer is a wonderful, helpful host, communicating and answering any questions we had. We will be back. We highly recommend Grey Pearl !

We very much enjoyed our stay at Roberta's Cottage @ Muddy Creek. Very relaxing, very beautiful. Roberta was extremely accommodating, the cottage met & exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to to have everything stocked from the fresh clean linens, a washer & dryer and even down to the coffee, so we could enjoy a cup first thing in the morning on the cute porch swing. We had hoped to take the kayaks out on the water but we ran into some friends and had a late dinner instead. We can't wait to come back again the next time we visit the area. Definitely #1 on our list of places to stay. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean, cozy, and welcoming exactly what I was hoping for. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The thoughtful touches throughout made it clear the hosts really care about creating a great guest experience. It was also perfect for the price—a great value for such a comfortable and well-kept place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable stay!

Another fantastic Spring Break at the Best Box! The nicest, cleanest, most relaxing rental we’ve ever found. Didn’t think the property could be any better than it was last year, but the owners have managed to make many creative and thoughtful upgrades. Enjoyed days at the beach, days on the sound, chartered a boat for fishing, ate tons of seafood, and saw the best sunsets right from the deck. Literally took advantage of everything in this house - from crabbing to fishing to baggo to flying kites to playing board games to darts and foosball. Oh and kayaking, relaxing in the hammock, and tubing, too.

The place is exactly as describe. The location is perfect! Ping pong table is great addition
