The Yates Cottage is directly on the water and is designed for spectacular views of Core Sound and Cape Lookout Lighthouse with large windows on 3 sides. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

The living room has a small dining area, a sleeper sofa and leads to the deck, which overlooks the grassy common area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a reading area and a writing desk. A roll away bed and a pack and play are tucked away in the closet. Beach towels, chairs and beach toys provided. Fun awaits!

A relaxing private studio apartment located on a dead-end street. Just a 5-minute walk down a tree lined path to the ocean. We offer a nice back yard you're fur babies. We have a nice size outdoor shower with a beautiful antique claw foot tub to soak in. The apartment is about 550 sq. feet and has plenty of cookware. Air fryer, toaster oven, coffee pot, electric fry pan, small indoor grill microwave, and fridge. All water is filtered as we have a large water filter. 2 guests only. Dogs only.

The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment.
