The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate
The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
