Ruhige Villa in Sparsbach, Region La Petite Pierre

Die Villa liegt im Elsass, in dem Parc naturel des Vosges des Nord, Sie können morgens auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken oder abends grillen. Das Haus besteht aus einem grosse Salon, eine küche, einem fast neues Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie zwei separaten Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett. Eine große Terasse mit Grill, Sitzen und Liegen wartet auf Sie. Fahhräder, Tischtennis und Babyfoot sind für Sie frei. Und von Mai bis September ist das Whirlpool in Funktion von 10 bis 22 Uhr.

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. This large, renovated farmhouse is at about one hour drive from Cologne and Trier, in the beautiful Eifel. Here is a lot to do, just look into my travel guide.

Former landgrave hunting lodge - Palatinate Forest

You will have sole occupancy in the former landgrave's hunters' house in Eppenbrunn, a remarkably beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 in a 4415m² park with a barbecue area and a wooded area. The villa has been modernized while largely preserving its historic character, so that you can use spacious bedrooms, a luxurious kitchen, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with library, a billiard room, WiFi and TV. You can wash and store your bikes in the outbuilding.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
