Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Annexet på Stallbackens Gård

Annex is only 7km from Ostersund on our wonderful horse farm. The view is open where horses graze in light of Östersund and Frösön. The accommodation suits everyone from couples, business travelers to families with children. 450m to the bus and nice bike path into town. The annex was built in 2014, has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless WiFi and Sonos audio system. Living room with over 5m to the roof has a large crystal chandelier, fireplace, dining table, double doors out to the large cove.

Villa på Frösön belägen i grönområden. Gångavstånd till Lövsta IP (cirka 200 meter). Tar cirka 5 minuter att ta sig in till Östersunds centrum, busshållsplats finns utanför huset. Vackra promenadstråk, varför inte ta en härlig promenad runt ändsjön och besöka fågeltornet? Eller promenera in till Östersund centrum längst med Storsjön. Ett stort och rymligt hus med plats för många, oavsett om du är barnfamilj eller ett kompisgäng- här finns något för alla! Lekplats cirka 30 meter från huset.

Denna rofyllda och härliga fjällstuga finner ni i ett naturnära område några hundra meter från Storhognas liftsystem och förbindelseliften till Klövsjö. På promenadavstånd finner ni även spårcentralen som erbjuder 60 km längdspår. På sommaren har du naturen precis utanför med massor av härliga vandrings och cykelleder! 5 min gångavstånd till mataffär, restaurang, bowling och skidshop vid Storhogna M. 15 min gångavstånd till Storhogna fjällhotell med lyxigt spa och två restauranger.

Lake Front Farm House

Our farm is located in a quiet hamlet on Sweden's fifth biggest lake, home of the famous great lake monster! The house is 10 minutes by car/bus to the university town of Östersund, venue for the Biathlon World Cup, and just over an hour by car/train to Åre, venue for the FIS Alpine Word Ski Championships. In addition to the main house, the farm has its own lake frontage and 100 acres of forest which is perfect for walking, cross country skiing, picking berries and spotting moose.

Located within a 30 minutes drive from Östersunds citylife and pristine wilderness of Oviken Mountains you find Bjärme lined up by forests and open fields. The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin, you'll find a private jacuzzi. For extra peace and relaxation, you can also book the wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

Två av rummen har dubbelsäng och möjlighet att stänga dörren. De andra två är avdelade från vardagsrum. Plan 1 har badrum med dusch samt separat dusch i tvättstugan. Plan 2 har egen toalett. Välutrustat kök med ingång till separat kallskafferi. Barnstol och lekhörna.
