New and fresh villa located 6 km from the ski stadium for rent two weeks during the World Junior World Cup in biathlon. The villa has consistently high standards and a pleasant level of light and open floor plan between living room and the fully equipped kitchen downstairs. At the front there is a sun-proof terrace with extra dining area. In total there are two toilet/shower and upstairs you will find four bedrooms of which two with double bed. The villa is located about 10 minutes from ICA and good pizzeria. No smoking and not pets.

Modern family villa 5 km from city center

In a quiet residential area is our house which is perfect for families with children. The house is located 5 km from the center of Östersund which is easily reached by bus or car. If you are going to visit Storsjöcupen, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change needed. To Östersunds ski stadium it takes 9 minutes by car. In the immediate area there are both forest, horse paths and bike paths. Children can play in one of the nearby playgrounds, or in the plot where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

City Near Villa in Östersund

Welcome to our cosy house just outside the city center! A lovely walk along Storsjön takes you into the city or you can easily hop on the bus - several bus stops can be found nearby. Grocery store, Storsjöbadet, trotting and Multichallenge are all a stone's throw away, as well as well-liked “Reminded” with all its swimming areas, walking paths and running tracks. Close to both the football fields used during Storsjöcupen and the stadium where the ski lodge is kept. Please note: pool only summer time.

Idyllic villa close to Östersund city

The villa is close to the lake, forest, has fantastic views, and only 5 min drive by car or buss to Östersund. The villa is rural with 2 hectares of land where hens and sheeps lives. Pick some fresh eggs from the hen-house for breakfast and make a fire in any of the five fireplaces in the house! Why not borrow our bikes to city or skis to ski on the ice at winter. Our place if perfect for families, business travelers, event-guests and of course your pet is alloud to join. Feel free to ask!

The entire downstairs with its own entrance in the house at St Olavsleden! 700 meters to Bräcke center where there are ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, pharmacy, pizzerias, restaurants, Sweden's award-winning ice cream bar,. 700 meters to Folkets Hus where there is a library and free wifi. 200 meters from Revsundsjön with good fishing. 5 km to beach with sandy beach. 9 minutes drive to Gimån with one of Sweden's best trout fishing. 50 min to Östersund.
