Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside with no neighbors, except for the residential building. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour with a car to the magic mountain world summer as winter, about 25 minutes with a car to central Östersund with a great range of restaurants and other activities. Bicycles and wood-fired sauna and boat are available to borrow for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Cottage beautifully located on former farmstead. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters away from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a raised yard plot where you have access to your own patio.

Secluded accommodation with high standard near lake and forest. Plenty of space for dogs and children to run around on outdoors. Wood-fired sauna by the lake shore, wood included. Wintertime there is ice-wake. No car traffic and quiet. Good walking paths in the forest, in winter you can go skating or kicking on the lake. Ski tunnel and Forsaleden a few miles away. Good fishing opportunities both winter and summer.
