Thank you for a great stay! Cozy villa with high standard and homey atmosphere! I especially liked the beds and the bedding! A big plus for the kids was that there was a hot tub.

A cozy, simpler cottage in a nice area. Close to the slopes in Klövsjö and Vemdalsskalet. Very affordable. Before we arrived, we were warned that the dishwasher was broken and the error could not be fixed before our arrival, but it didn't do much. The only thing that we thought was a bit of a shame is that you could not pay, and thus avoid, the cleaning before departure, you are right out after a few days of intense skiing and it would have been nice not to think about that cleaning. But it was still pretty quick to get it done.

The house was well above expectations, it was large, spacious, clean and you really felt at home. Katja is a fantastic host, incredibly helpful, was attentive to our stay so that we had it as good as possible. Recommend this accommodation, we are incredibly happy with everything and will definitely return.

Nice and spacious home with all amenities you need for short and longer stays. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. TV in every room. Quiet place close to nature, shop and Østersund city center. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay with our dog in the house of Anna. We felt immediately at home. The cosy living and the well equipped kitchen are far more spacious than the pictures. If you have the time do not stay here for one or two nights but more. We walked for hours and went every day out for a cross country hike and stated at the front door. Fully recommended! We’ll come back! Anna and her husband are really superhosts!

It was a very nice holiday. The house and location are wonderful. Our hosts were just great, nothing left to be desired. We were helped with a problem with our car, as if you had known each other for a long time. I would recommend it, yes, absolutely.

Fun, cozy and different accommodation in beautiful surroundings! Very accommodating staff! Walking distance to small convenience store. We were there during the New Year and the dog had a great time, no fireworks, just stars and sparkling snow!

A very clean and nice place. All there to feel good. Description very accurate. Inger is a very helpful landlord living few hundred meters away but not intrusive and very nice, with direct and clear communication. People with respect of nature and environment will be delighted by the place. In winter don’t miss out ski on lake, ice cold bath in the place dedicated for this purpose. Will be glad to return

Very good for a price

with Google map, we will arrive directly at the accommodation. Tibias is extremely friendly and explained the activities to do around the cottage at length. The accommodation is very clean, very simple, no great decor certainly, but with the essentials. We didn't miss anything. A kitchen, a toilet, a hot shower and a firm bedding that's great for the back! After a long day of driving, we recovered well! Thank you and we will surely come back.

We visited Isabelle over Pentecost 2025 with 4 adults and our 10-year-old daughter for 5 nights. The house is located in a very quiet district of Vemdalen. Everything was available that is necessary for a relaxing holiday. Supermarkets within 10 minutes' reach by car. We will have fond memories of our first holiday in Sweden.

Situated in the midst of mountains. Great place to stay and explore around Åre. Great hikes nearby and vålåforsen is walkable. Well equipped kitchen and clean. Worth the money.

My wife and I could have stayed here as long as Sara would have let us. It was truly one of the most peaceful and beautiful places we've stayed. The drive to the surrounding towns wasn't long and the natural views made it preferable to staying in Åre. We loved the set up of the home and felt like we used every area, enjoying every one. We wish we could have stayed to watch the lake thaw.
