A nice one-room apartment (15 sqm) with kitchenette and bathroom (shower and washing machine) located on a lake plot in Lugnvik with lovely views of Storsjön and its own dock. The apartment is separate with its own entrance. The furniture includes a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, kitchenware, and a small sink and refrigerator. A set of bed linens and towels are included. Biking distance to Östersund city center (about 5 km) and good bus connection is available. Free parking for one car in the yard. Regards Johan

On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the house. The cottage is cozily decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fireplace that makes the cottage, if possible, even cozier. Wi-Fi is available.

Have a nice time with the whole family at this nice place 10 meters from Storsjön beach! Quiet and undisturbed location that during the winter months has ski-in access to Storsjön's ice for those who like cross-country skiing and skating, however, you have to make your own tracks. Fully equipped apartment with several activities for young people. About 20 minutes to Östersund city centre! Engine heater socket is available but charging post for electric car is missing.

Many people who have stayed with us point out the calmness/quietness. We also have a babbling brook that flows next to the cottage, creating a soothing sound that our guests have pointed out and enjoy. WiFi is available in the cabin. Cottage is located on our house plot with nice apartment 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Own kitchen, shower/toilet. Floor heating. Parking on our driveway.
