Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Recreation in the forest settlement Glashütte Haus Regina

Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

This beautiful spacious apartment is set at the edge of Levinscher Park. Just 3 km from the historic old town of Göttingen. The bus stop is 4 minutes away by foot. There are two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a sleeping option in the living room. You can also use the spacious garden. In the kitchen-living room you can cook and eat with six people. Parking is for free.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. In a relaxed private atmosphere, we offer a cozy 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, (separate entrance) with large living-dining area and balcony, large bedroom also with balcony, 2 additional bedrooms with single beds and small bathroom with tub. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
