Waterfront holiday rentals in Osterode am Harz

Apartment is as stated on the internet, is rather larger than on the pictures 🥰but everything as shown on the picture... we would like to come back next year.

Thomas was a great host! We felt very comfortable and taken care of for a week. The apartment has many game toys and books for kids of all ages. In the kitchen you can cook according to your wishes and there is also no lack of pan turner, pans or pots. The dishwasher and fridge run flawlessly! Towels and linens are of high quality! The balcony gives a relaxing view of a creek and and into the spa park with cozy balcony furniture. The best thing, though, when you come home after a long hike in the Harz, the sofa is cozy and the beds offer a restful sleep for the next day.

Nice attic apartment on the Fulda with great view. Tram in front of the door, shopping within walking distance - a really good alternative in a quiet location!

We had a few very nice days in the quiet area at Claudia's. The apartment is beautiful and we were even greeted with a homemade cake! We were very satisfied with the stay and can only recommend it.

We've been here many times, so we know everything, including the surroundings. For our purposes, the accommodation is ideally suited and the terrace is very cozy. We will be happy to come back.

Had a great three week stay! The place was clean, well appointed and exactly as described in the pictures. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant – perfect for relaxing. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The accommodation is very nice and equipped with many things. The area is very quiet and there are many day trip destinations. Also an optimal starting point for hiking. We took a generation family holiday and there was something for everyone. In three of the four bedrooms, I lacked wardrobes. Since we travelled with children, we would have needed additional storage space. It should also be mentioned that you cannot swim well in the lake directly in front of the house, as there are many stones there. There is another lake, max. 5 minutes' walk with forest bath.

This was a wonderful house, the stay was a lovely experience for our family. We can only recommend it 👍

We were in the accommodation for one night with 10 girls. The accommodation is very modern and Vjollca always responded quickly and also allowed us to check out later. Highly recommended and we would definitely come again.

The cozily furnished house created the right atmosphere for our family gathering. The stream passing by gave a wonderful background noise. The surrounding forest invited you to hike. Beautiful terrace and barbecue facilities were used for private conversations in addition to the spacious rooms. Thank you!

We were 2 couples with 3 toddlers. The accommodation is well suited for this. There is a large room in addition to the booking, which we would recommend. Then you have a large dining room in addition. Only the stairs are dangerously steep, especially for the small children, but also for adults. With a large garden and the option to barbecue. Otherwise, everything was great, we felt very comfortable. :-)

The place was super nice! We were there with 2 couples and a medium-sized dog. The apartment is very modern! Partly really high-tech 👌🏻 A very nice bathroom and everything very newly renovated. You can quickly reach various hiking trails on foot.

We had a very nice stay. Only people over 1:80m have to be careful not to bump their heads here and there. Otherwise perfect for groups even with small children!

Gerrit is a super nice and attentive landlord. He is like an eagle. I would go to him again and again. We liked the week extremely well. All basic equipment in a household was already available.

We only spent one night in Thorsten's apartment while traveling from the Netherlands to Poland. We are very pleased with the stay, it met all our expectations. This place is highly recommended! We felt very comfortable. The apartment is the optimal size and very comfortably furnished. Everything you need in terms of amenities is available. Communication with Marius worked very quickly and straightforwardly. We would definitely book this apartment again.

A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.

Lovely place! Beautiful building and surrounding. We had some hiccup of our trip and Stanfen was so kind and help us settle in quickly, making great recommendation of local scenery and restaurants. We had superb time in Kassel! I give my highest recommendation to the host, this place, and location!

We had a few quiet days in very beautiful surroundings and felt very comfortable. You can start a hike directly behind the house or reach many sights & restaurants or shops by car.

A nice quiet and cozy accommodation in the countryside. It was very relaxing there. The furnishings are high-quality and as good as new, and the kitchen also offers everything you need for cooking. You can feel at ease. The check-in and check-out were different than usual, but after some discussion, something could be arranged. Please note that additional bed linen and towels should be brought and that those provided on site should also be brought to Berlin. Overall, it was a nice time in the accommodation.
