Apartment on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is located on the first floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

Recreation in the forest settlement of Glashütte, House Iris

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Lütte Hütte

From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The Harz-Butze, "Arrival" - "Vacation"

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

Bright and quiet apartment right on the edge of the forest!

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. We offer a cozy, renovated apartment in Göttingen (Weende). It is 4.9 km or 15 minutes by city bus, car or bike from the city. The clinic is 9 minutes by bike or 30 minutes on foot. It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There is enough space on the 2 floors! Even 2 people feel good and secure on 1 floor with the beautiful living and living room! The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

In a relaxed private atmosphere, we offer a cozy 75 m² apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, (separate entrance) with large living-dining area and balcony, large bedroom also with balcony, 2 additional bedrooms with single beds and small bathroom with tub. So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
