Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Orosei

there were three of us here. A lot of space and very very nice house/apartment. More beautiful than in the pictures. Great view from the terrace. Grill/ dishwasher / washing machine, etc. Everything was very clean. We were very satisfied and would be happy to come back! Very friendly host. Thanks again!

Great location in a quiet spot in the mountainous old town of Baunei. When we arrived we found the host had left a bottle of Vermentino wine and local pastries for us. The flat is an old traditional stone building but it has been renovated and it's equipped with everything one needs, including a washing machine. Everything was in working order. The south-facing roof terrace offers an amazing view onto Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax and the coast nearby. We also spotted a gecko while chilling on the roof terrace at the sun set.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafés, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is very nice and convenient. Villa Smeralda is a very nice place to stay close to the beaches (the closest are about twenty minutes away) and Olbia (15 minutes). The apartment was very nice with terrace, barbecue, air conditioning... everything you need. The pool is a plus to cool down during the hot hours or in the evening. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Antonio is nice and very accommodating.

Franceso’s place was perfect for exploring the area. The host was lovely and the fresh eggs were delicious!

This place was the perfect spot. I spent a week here with my friend. we didn't need to go anywhere else. Ticked all the boxes the photos don't do it justice. We lived around the pool and th bbq area. total peace and privacy. You have the whole place to yourself with secured parking. venture into the orchid and pick some apricots or peaches when in season. The natural wild life are at peace here and you will see them from time to time. such a beautiful place will be back for sure. Tatiana was great and showed me what I needed to know. from bbq to the aircon. this place is a real Jem, I would recommend pull into Lidl once you leave the airport and load up with all your supplies and just relax and enjoy the Roberto place. Has everything you need to escape the busy costal areas.

a really nice house: spotless, quiet, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, wifi. No buildings around only trees and nice plants. A place where you feel great and willing to come back again.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana and Ariana. Valerio's house is large and very pleasant. Ideally located 15 minutes from the airport and ten minutes from San Teodoro, its useful shops and its beautiful beaches around. Access is at any time, which is very convenient when you arrive at night. Valerio is very responsive 👍 We were even able to take advantage of the pool at the end of April ☺️ I recommend it!

Beautiful village house equipped with more than expected. Peaceful mountain atmosphere. Supermarkets and pizzerias in the same village. Hosts close and who made you feel right at home. Highly recommended.

We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlours are within walking distance – we could often leave the car behind. Near the harbour, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

Very well located accommodation south of Olbia. Close to motorway access and easy to walk to the port. Shops nearby as well as the service station. The accommodation is clean, the rooms are all sufficiently large including the bathroom compared to other accommodation. It is well equipped and offers a pleasant terrace at the end of the day. I highly recommend this accommodation and thank Luca very much for the quick and easy exchanges we had. Thank you for everything, your availability and kindness 😊

Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

The property is part of a beautiful residence in Sos Alinos called "the Ontani". A few steps from the sea, beautiful pools and quick check-in! Highly recommended!

We had two excellent days in Filippo's apartment. Self check-in via key box was simple and well explained, which allowed us to arrive at our own pace without stress. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, carefully decorated and perfectly in line with the photos. The location is ideal for exploring the area on foot, and communication with Filippo was quick and efficient, both before our arrival and during the stay. Thank you for this flawless stay!
