Ugo's villa with swimming pool is located between the two most famous beaches of Marina di Tertenia, Foxi Manna and Foxi Mordegu: the main road is unique even if not lit at night, certainly with Google Maps and the location provided it is impossible not to comfortably reach the place. The house is in a private village closed to the public (if you have friends in the area you cannot host them, on the other hand there are solutions with a shared pool if you want to take a group vacation). You will have a key to open the automatic gate and a climb that takes you to an exclusive clearing next to the house to leave the car. The pool is beautifully treated with salt (ask to explain how to turn on the night light). There are deck chairs, a relaxation corner and a table. The porch is huge and there is shade from late morning onwards. The interior of the house is clean and tidy with everything you need (dishwasher, air conditioning, coffee maker). Ugo is always available for any problem!

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We really enjoyed at stay at Italo’s AirBnB, the apartment was pristine and includes absolutely everything you would need. Italo is a great host and has some brilliant recommendations - we really enjoyed our trip to a local beach that Italo recommended! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to book. Great stay!

This villa was such a find! Even nicer than the photos, in a lovely quiet spot but very accessible. Less than 10 minutes drive to characterful San Teodoro and several idyllic beaches, with amazing views of mountains or sea in every direction. Even at the end of April it was warm and sunny enough to swim in the pool/sea (for a Brit anyway!) and not at all busy on the beaches. The house was well-equipped, with comfortable beds and two good-sized modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the luxury of the pool, which was really well maintained. Luca was a great host who communicated everything we needed to know before our stay and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Thank you so much. Sardinia is beautiful - we don’t normally stay anywhere more than once but might be tempted back here!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

La Tourmaline is a beautiful home. The scenery is amazing, beautiful sea views, it's nice to live and it's extremely quiet, only the birdsong woke us up. Accommodation to recommend to those looking for tranquility and beautiful landscapes, while being close to the center of the village by car. Lots of good restaurants around the area and beautiful beaches. The car is necessary to get around. We loved our stay and were sad to have to leave! Thank you for everything to Alessandra who is a very friendly host and who had planned much appreciated food to start our stay.

This was a perfect rustic guest house in a gorgeous valley. The host was helpful and gracious.

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

Virginia is an extremely helpful and friendly host! The vacation home is 100% as described in the photos and texts. It is very central, not quiet but not so that it bothered us. The roof terrace is great, we will miss it! Mega ice cream parlor, I claim the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Delicious pizzeria 1 minute walking distance, as well as a small supermarket next door. Great wine bar also 1 minute walk. Small bakery, pharmacy, cheese shop and also a butcher as well as 2…3.. other shops in the village and within walking distance. Baunei is great. The vacation home is great. The vacation was a pleasure. Beach, hiking, people, land, sea… Highly recommended! All the best to you Virginia and also to Angela 😀 and all the helpers 😉

We had a lovely time! It was a great place to explore the surrounding area! Would recommend!

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thanks again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

Very nice house, well-equipped, on a quiet street with a nice garden. Authentic village, located both close to great beaches but also to the mountainous hinterland. Multiple explorations much appreciated! Ivana is very responsive and available. We loved everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Even though we only stayed at the Airbnb for two nights, we had a wonderful stay! We loved the Airbnb, everything as described and the garden was particularly beautiful! In April we had the beach almost to ourselves. Bathing was even possible, so like to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

The property is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers plenty of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). There are many other vacation homes around, but in October there was almost nothing going on. However, another settlement is being built nearby, so we had construction site noise on some days. Of course, this will change when the work is completed. Since we were out and about a lot, or at the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500 m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar-restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest, also rather small, supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. We had a lovely stay and would come back.
