In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in accordance with architectural standards and using the materials of the ancient Baunesi houses.
