Family-friendly holiday rentals in Orosei

Wonderful villa with spacious outdoor area. The heated pool, table tennis table and table soccer are a highlight for children. The view of the mountains is magnificent and you have your peace, as the villa is somewhat secluded.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

The place is really nice, clean and calm. Pool is big and we had the most beautiful beaches only 10 minutes away. It is also close to restaurants, gelato places and pizzerias, we didn’t have to drive long for anything. We absolutely loved our stay and Stefano was very helpful whenever we needed him. 10/10 would recommend.

Lucia was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. The house had amazing view of the water and we could easily walk down to a beach. There was plenty of lovely beaches, villages and restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. The beds were comfortable, rooms were nicely decorated and had blackout shades. The kitchen has everything we needed. The outdoor space is perfect! We had a great stay and Lucia was so kind and friendly!

Beautiful view with sunrise if you're an early riser! The house is perfectly equipped, just like home! The pool is lovely when it's hot! Anna and Elisabeta are very welcoming, available and responsive We had a pleasant stay with the family!

Very nice apartment. Panoramic view of the bay. Free parking space reserved in front of the accommodation. Beautiful maritime decor comfortable bedding, very functional kitchen and bathroom. living room with sea view. Hot tub at a good temperature and very comfortable the beach is a 5 min walk and restaurants 10 min walk Electric charging station for car 10 min walk. Exceptionally nice and accommodating hosts. A small necessary repair was carried out as quickly as possible. We were there for 4 weeks, had some rainy days and on which we would have liked a separate living room. Otherwise, the large balcony and the view are a dream. Small shops on site. Beach 10 min by walk. Fantastic. Everything very quiet, as we were there before the season. Apartment overall clean and tidy, but one star deduction as we noticed over the days that things were only superficially clean. However, cleaning supplies were available. Very family atmosphere, an absolutely great stay. Secret tip!!! ❤️

It’s just perfect for a family of four. The house has everything you need and the area is so huge the kids can roam around and play freely. The beach can be reached by foot, but for shopping a car is needed. Laura and Elke have been amazing hosts and the communication was super easy and always very helpful. Highly recommended

Fantastic apartment. Everything you need and great location. Check in and check out was easy. Santa Maria Navaresse is a beautifull town with everything you need! Easy access to everything else around (Baunei Coast). Highly suggest

Stefania was a very nice and loving host. She was always available for us and gave us tips for things to do, beaches and restaurants. The house is equipped with everything you need. All kitchen utensils are available. Spices, oil, vinegar, coffee, teas and even eggs, garlic and water were ready in the fridge. The dishwasher and washing machine are great for a relaxing holiday. There is sand toys for children on site and a potty was also provided to us upon request. There is enough storage space for clothing and other. The bed was personally too soft for us. However, this should not be a point of criticism, but only informative, as everyone has a different feeling. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation. You have a fantastic view of the sea and after just a few minutes' walk you are in the most beautiful beaches. Shopping and restaurants were only accessible by car in our season.

Very nice place to stay with great views across the valley and the sea. Very large accommodation with bathrooms in the rooms as well as very large roof terrace. Kitchen was well equipped, even had a dishwasher. Carla was always easily accessible, friendly and we were even allowed to check in earlier than the apartment was ready;)

Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Many thanks to the great host!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

We had a divine time in a quiet area, complete with a fenced garden useful for children's play; independent entrance to the apartment with outdoor table and deck chairs and ample space without prying eyes: you can safely go out in your underwear that no one nearby can see... car parking in front of the entrance. Beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Freeway attached to the house. Tranquility reigns in the evening, with a deep darkness devoid of public and private lighting, with a starry sky.

We had a wonderful week at Silvia's house. The house is super quiet, very well equipped and Silvia was always immediately available as a host, sent us great excursion tips for the area and recommendations for restaurants. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

We were in Olbia for 10 days and it was a very nice stay. The roof terrace is really an absolute highlight. The apartment has a nice kitchen and was in pristine condition. Communication with the hostess is very friendly and impeccable. Definitely worth a visit - thank you!

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thanks a lot

We stayed at Mariella's place for a week from early August. it was extremely hot so the pool was very appreciated. We very much enjoyed staying at the house and Mariella and Luca were very responsive and helpful hosts. Also, Mariella's restaurant Mamane Ludi is not to be missed!

Beautiful location surrounded by nature and animals. The house was very clean and we liked the simple decor. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility on the terrace, the outdoor shower and the view of the mountains. By car, great beaches and villages are easily accessible. The hosts were friendly and helpful with questions. When Cristina brought us fresh fruit, we were very happy about it.

Francesco and Barbara are great hosts, kind and friendly and happy to help. They provided lots of information regarding things to do, restaurants etc. The apartment was a great base, well stocked and clean and spacious. We had a wonderful time.

Very good stay at Frederica's, we enjoyed the tranquility, the view, the comfort of the pool, the accommodation is basic but just what you need!! Despite the language barrier and the lack of telephone network, we enjoyed our exchanges with Frédérica who provided us with all the information we needed for our stay from the garbage cans to the local butcher shop.
