Apartment holiday rentals in Orosei

The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Perfect location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Portu Frailis beach. The house is nice, renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, being a basement apartment the house was always cool during the day, without needing to turn on the air conditioning. Riccardo was a very helpful host, providing info and tips from before we arrived. Recommended!

Antoinette’s place in Cala Gonone was fantastic. The town has plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets with delicious local foods. Antoinette was a great host, welcoming us with helpful tips on what to see and do. The Airbnb was spotless, well-equipped for cooking, and when we asked for a new pan, she provided one immediately. The view from the apartment was stunning! The only small downside is that it's close to the main road, so light sleepers may hear the occasional late-night scooter if the windows are open. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended!

We have very nice vacation days in Tamaras apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated and conveys a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. The location in the village is perfect and communication with the host is excellent. Thank you again for the very successful vacation days.

It was very nice, the apartment is big and clean, the balcony is beautiful and you can cook and have plenty of space. We had a great and relaxing stay, the only minus for us was that it smelled very strongly of cleaning products but it was very clean for it.

We stayed at Andrea's place in the preseason. The accommodation is well maintained and clean. From the bed we could see the sea. Andrea has always provided us with lake tips. The contact with him was very straightforward and binding. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

The Hosts , Giovanni, first with his directions and Antonella during check-in and stay, are very helpful and kind. They provide much more than what's required (treats, myrtle, stroller, helpful directions) and you can see that they care about guests. The house is photographed. Highlights: large, with large garden with barbecue where to have lunch and dinner, convenient location for both beach and city/amenities, quiet and peaceful. It's also cool even though there's no air conditioners. Areas of improvement: It is not super equipped or modern, but it is still in line with the expectations and super appropriate to the price requested. This is just specific to set expectations. I definitely recommend this solution especially for those like us who travel with children. The nearby beach is beautiful, but we often went to others because the sea came down a little too deeply for our little ones (but maybe it's the tides of the period). It has to be said that there is a really great "Stella Marina" restaurant nearby.

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

The apartment is five minutes from the beach of S.Giovanni, a small and quiet village, ideal as a base to explore the beaches from S.Teodoro to the Gulf of Orosei. We had a great time, the apartment is simple, clean, functional and with all the comforts for a nice week at sea. Parking in the courtyard (but also plenty of space on the street). Massimo was very available for check-in and local tips.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available when we had questions. Also tips for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were great. The place was exactly as pictured. Above all, the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and TV worked perfectly. A beach umbrella was also available. I stayed at the apparentment for two weeks and loved it. Its location is great, it has all the amenities you need, is modern, clean and comes with a nice veranda. The hosts were always available, helpful, flexible and very friendly. I can fully recommend it, and if I end up coming back to Sardinia, I'd absolutely consider staying here again.

The Orange House is very welcoming, quiet, super clean. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable sofa and beds, mosquito nets and air conditioners, everything you need to be comfortable. The place was clean, the sponges were soft and fragrant, the linens were impeccable. New pots and pans. The area is very warm and there is a nice outdoor space on the veranda where you can have lunch and dinner. The area is very comfortable for every trip, at night there is a wonderful calm. I recommend the Orange House and we will definitely be back!

A nice stay. We stayed there for 1 night because we had an early flight from Olbia. Only a 15-minute drive away. Ideal. Communication was fine.

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent venue with a great jacuzzi, very peaceful and close to the restaurants and sea shore. The host was very responsive and kind with us and helped us during our stay. The beds and bathroom are very good, we would book there again if we had to come back again!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We spent four nights at the beautiful place in Baunei, it was perfect throughout. Everything was very high quality and lovingly decorated and designed, we didn't lack anything. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime. The view from the balcony into the valley was unique.

Beautiful stay, we chose this accommodation to be able to live a weekend for the Open Courts of the surroundings, but we will definitely come back to enjoy the comforts offered by the structure. Really deluxe accommodation, equipped with everything you need, clean and spacious... each room with its own air conditioning. The bathroom is also great and very very clean.
