The responsiveness and kindness of the hosts saved our vacation after a cancellation at the last moment of our other rental. The place was perfect for two families to stay to stay.

Great place; nice and private although in amongst other properties. Great help in getting to the house, which would be hard to find otherwise! 15mins walk to the beach and 10mins in car to Benicassim, where there are loads of restaurants and nice beaches. Local beach also great and 15mins walk.

Beautiful villa in a very quiet place. A bit tricky to arrive in the beginning. very comfy and well maintained. The place around has enough services to stay but you need to go by car for sure. The host had very fast communication and we managed well. We will definitely come back again!

It was just what we were looking for, to have contact with the grass, sun loungers, to be able to enjoy a barbecue, to have music available, a pool that although small is enough to cool off. Everything perfect for a day of rest. And Lorenzo is always attentive to any need. Highly recommended

We've been phenomenal. The house is spectacular and the area is great. It is a 2-minute walk to a couple of beaches (small, type cove) and very close by car to Vinaroz and Benicarló. The house has all the comforts and a spacious garden with a terrace that is a real luxury. From 10.

This Villa is simply beautiful! The pool is great! The infrastructure is wonderful! I'll be back next year without hesitation! The hosts are super accommodating! Not to mention Rosa!! It's perfect! It has a spectacular garden and an excellent location, the pool is an ideal size, in the afternoon it has shade thanks to the house.

We have been very good in all aspects for our family reunion. Sana is a sweetheart and very attentive. Everything is great ❤️

Upon arrival, there were a lot of dog hairs in the garden and in the pool. The house also smelled like a wet dog. Lucien's cleaning team did their best because the rest of the house looked great and clean. In our view, the tenants with the dog have failed and have not respected Lucien and the next tenants. If you bring a pet to a place where other people also want to enjoy and pay for, you can at least have the decency to leave the place tidy. In addition, the door handle of the front door no longer worked properly. Lucien immediately arranged for the pool to be cleaned the next day and the door handle was repaired two days later. For the unpleasant air in the house, we were allowed to buy scented plugs at Lucien's expense. So everything is resolved super fast by Lucien. We have enjoyed the lovely house, the garden, the pool and Vinaròs for two weeks!! Compliments!! Frank & Mirjam

The house in very good condition and very equipped with everything to spend the weekend with the family. The only problem would put a pity the pool was not ready yet.

I would highly recommend staying at Asturgal. It is breathtaking. Antonio was a fantastic Host. His communication was clear, informative, and very helpful. He provided great recommendations for dining and activities in the area. In all my years of AirBnB Antonio was my best Host. We arrived late at night, and Antonio met us in person, which was a lovely touch. He also left a delightful welcome hamper that made us feel at home. Towels, bedsheets, beach towels and all contents of the property are top quality. The property features spectacular views. All bedrooms are well-proportioned, with 5/6 offering great views down the hill overlooking the old town. The kitchen, dining, and living room views are stunning and change beautifully from morning to night. It's a short drive to a lovely 7km sandy beach, and the charming old town nearby has plenty of nice dining options. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend Antonio's property for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful house by the sea and close to a great restaurant. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy the location. It is a must to visit the Castillo de la Peñiscula. Concha was great and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this property.

We had very nice days at Sebastien & Eugénie's house and were able to relax very well. The location very quiet at the end of a road road! The amenities are simple but loving and we felt very much at home! The wifi worked great!!! The TV is mini and if the TV card is renewed you can watch French channels (was not important to us). The beach is within walking distance, but the pool was wonderfully refreshing and pleasant for us, so we didn't want to go to the beach at all! A coffee maker is now a Dolce Gusto and not a Nespresso. Towels were only 2 bath towels, 2 towels were provided on request. Although the kitchen is small, it was well-equipped with a 2-burner gas oven and small dishwasher, the fridge is very large with freezers! I definitely see the potential for improvement with the beds, as everyone up to the small bed on the ground floor all creak or squeak and the mattresses are max. 140 cm wide.

A place in a very quiet environment, with incredible views of the castle of Peñíscola, and very good service from Cristina, our real estate agent. To repeat!

Great stay at Lino! The house is very nice, nicely decorated, and as described. Beautiful view from the terrace. The house is very clean, well equipped, and the bedding is very good. We enjoyed the air conditioning throughout the rooms, in addition to the ceiling fans in the rooms. Thanks to Lino for the balls and tennis rackets left available, and to Caroline for her warm welcome and all her good advice. Lino and Caroline are very responsive and communication with them is excellent. Thank you again to Lino for your delicate attention to arrival. We recommend this rental without a second thought!

The house is great, clean, easy to find, with a pool of very good size and what surprised me the most were the views it has, they are better than in the photos, a wonder to be able to enjoy those views, the only one I put on is that it did not have air conditioning, otherwise very comfortable.

philippe's house has been completely renovated recently! it is very well equipped its location close to the swimming pool and tennis court is great the proximity to the sea and the beaches also and the icing on the cake very close to the nature reserve for great hikes by bike or on foot. to top off this great vacation, Maria José who manages the entrances and exits is extremely kind, very attentive, flexible!!! an exceptional woman with her heart on her hand...she had even given us a little welcome gift 😍 you can book your vacation in this house without a second thought!!!

Esther was a very nice and good contact person for staying. Super nice and quick to reach. The accommodation is very nicely located on cliffs with open sea views. 3 of the bedrooms and the kitchen have very nice sea views. The garden is large and there was even a garage where we could store bicycles. Showering was easily possible, bathing was a bit cumbersome. Otherwise, everything you need is there. We were 4 and had a very nice week. Everything from hiking in mountains, cycling in the relatively flat terrain and swimming was included. Thanks and enjoy all our follow-up! :-)

The house is spectacular as in the photos, everything new and clean, kitchenware, sheets,towels as in your own house. It is 8 minutes from Peniscola.
