The apartment is great, faithful to the description. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Good area, nice facilities and with services nearby. And the best thing is the treatment of Junior, super friendly and always attentive to us, very attentive and thoughtful. I definitely recommend it and would repeat the stay.

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

We were very well welcomed by our host who was very warm with my family. We communicated during the stay and he was always responsive. On the equipment side everything works (although we abandoned the use of the dishwasher which did not wash very well). However, it is difficult to properly adjust the air conditioning as we can't adjust it room by room (but it works and that's the main one!) So make sure to turn it on before you go out if you want to sleep cool. For children: provide a non-slip bath mat in your suitcases because the showers are slippery for small monsters. Good quality bedding, clean linen. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Great view and good location

We stayed two nights in Roman's apartment with 3 boys ages 15, 13 and 10. While it was ok for two nights this apparent is more suited for a family of 4. Roman was very proactive providing a lot of information about the local area and always responded to questions in a timely manner. The apartment has everything you need for a enjoyable stay, the kitchen is well stocked and the kids loved the indoor pool. it was also very quiet so we all slept really well.

We enjoy the stay a lot and had good memories here.

We had a pleasant and superb stay at Noemi's apartment. The apartment is beautiful with all amenities available. Apartment with Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, two balconies to enjoy the sun, pleasant bedding in both bedrooms and very bright. Sebastian, the dad, welcomed us to explain everything and put us at ease right away. The apartment is very well located with swimming pools, parking spaces, a 4-minute walk from the sea (pebble beach but incredible view) and two nice small restaurants, a 3-minute drive from Lidl, Supermarcato, gas stations, etc. 5-minute drive to the center of Vinaròs (very beautiful😍) with sandy beach, rich and varied restaurants, beach activities and easy parking. Thank you Noemí and Sebastian for this relaxing stay and for your kindness.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

Beautiful apartment with a great view. Spacious, very comfortable beds. Very well equipped and very clean. Beautiful terrace Basement parking and swimming pool are a real plus. Access to the beach in 5 minutes on foot and to the city of Peñiscola in 10 minutes on foot. A big thank you to Martine for the quality of our exchanges and your availability. We had a lovely vacation! Élödie was always in touch, friendly. Great apartment, beautiful sunsets from the terrace on the second floor. But the sea is not suitable for children. The nearest beaches with rocks and rocks, we went to the center on the sand. We will come again! Good luck!

It was a very nice stay, the apartment is very comfortable with all kinds of services nearby so you don't have to move around by car. The beach was a 5 minute walk to. The apartment well equipped with fridges and freezer with space to cool everything you need. A/C and fans to maintain a comfortable temperature. Small but well equipped kitchen for cooking. The terrace is perfect for lunch and dinner and has fans as well as the apartment. The host is very caring and pleasant to us both upon arrival and departure. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay.

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, right on the beach. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

We have been to the house for a few days and it is even better than the pictures. Fully renovated, the kitchen and baths give taste, and the terrace there are no words, incredible views, you can hear the sea all the time. Highlight the treatment of William, the concierge, who was the person who received us and who helped us as much as possible in our stay. You have everything close and great to spend a few days on the beach!
