Beautiful apartment with balcony, spacious bathroom, lovingly furnished, without unnecessary frills. Quiet and sunny location (January), just a few steps away from the very nice beach. Perfect for us. Lisa is very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the Spanish cleaning company did not do its job satisfactorily. Still, the apartment is highly recommended. Hi, We had a great week with the family in Catherine and Steve's accommodation. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the pool is a real asset for young and old! The beach is easily accessible on foot in just 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived: clean, tidy and as described. Thank you to our hosts for their kindness and responsiveness :)

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt comfortable right away. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with barbecue, we thought it was great. Our host Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best holiday home we've ever been to. We had a house to ourselves and with 1.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms, it could easily have hosted 6 people. At night it was cool enough that the lack of AC was not an issue. There was a roof deck and chairs to hang out, just be respectful of neighbors. The bufador was around the corner and parking was nearby, very convenient and scenic location. We loved it and walked everywhere during our stay. Everywhere we stayed in Spain, there was some noise, but ear plugs took care of it. Make sure to check on your car because while you can pay for multiple days, there was a note stating that the lot we were in would be closed for some activity that weekend and we had to move, but we found additional parking easily enough. Peñiscola is a beach town, going there is like going to Florida or California to hang out at the beach.

In looking to spend a few days exploring Vinaros and the surrounding area while having a private retreat to enjoy the Mediterranean coast, we found the Strandhaus to be a perfect location. Within easy walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shops, the house overlooks a very picturesque beach, with ocean waves to accompany morning coffee or an evening drink. The hosts were responsive and helpful, as was the person who greeted us. Highly recommended for a stay!

What a great location this is! In the heart of the old town, close to the castle! Lots of restaurants nearby and a great bar where we celebrated our girlfriend's birthday! Recommended! The accommodation was spotless!

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, right on the beach. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door that we always ate at, excellent.

Clean, bright, comfortable apartment with everything necessary for life. Close to the sea. The owners are very kind and responsive. The only problem for me is soundproofing and thermal insulation.

We had a wonderful time at Vicente’s property. We travelled with our 2 young children and there were 2 pools that we pretty much had to ourselves for the week and it was a very short and easy walk to the beach. There were a few issues on arrival that Vicente resolved relatively quickly and he was very responsive. The complex was very quiet and clean and felt very secure.

We felt right at home. The house is impeccable in a super good area. With all the amenities and Pablo was very friendly and attentive at all times. He made our stay very comfortable.

A super nice place in a quiet area. Wonderful swimming pool and many sports facilities. Close to the sea and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the mega terrace!

We were very comfortable in Elisa's place. We travel with a baby and although it does not have a cot or high chair, she gave us all the facilities for entering and leaving, which we are very grateful to you. The apartment is comfortable. In front of the beach and a walk away from the Castle, very nice. It's worth it.
