My home is located within the city walls, in the most picturesque and authentic part of town, making it worthy of being considered one of the most beautiful towns in the Mediterranean. The apartment, elegant and quiet despite being very centrally located (and soundproofed), occupies a typical Mediterranean style house (no elevator), with 45 m² and with a maximum capacity of 3 guests, includes the following spaces: - Spacious bedroom area with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) to ensure a restful sleep, LED lighting, blackout blinds, and a large window letting in natural light. It features a 50-inch flat-screen smart TV where you can comfortably watch your favorite TV series in your language. The room includes two bedside tables, two reading lamps, a wardrobe with a mirror, and a vanity area. Upon request and at an additional cost, we can provide an extra single bed (90 cm) in this same room for a third guest (or for a second guest who does not wish to share the king-size bed). We provide complimentary bed linen and two towels (one for the bath and one for the hand towel) per guest. - Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, toaster, etc.) and all necessary cooking utensils. Basic cooking ingredients are provided, as well as complimentary tea, jams, and herbal infusions. Kitchen paper, dishcloth, dish soap, and a sponge are also provided, saving you the inconvenience and expense of purchasing these essential items. - Dining area with a table, comfortable wicker chairs, and access to a balcony overlooking Calle Saiz de Carlos, a picturesque area full of shops. A desk with a lamp is provided for connecting devices and working comfortably. - Large, fully equipped bathroom with a spacious double rain shower and glass enclosure. A VERY COSY APARTMENT WITH A MINIMALIST AND WELL-DESIGNED DECOR THAT GIVES IT A ROMANTIC AND EXQUISITE FEEL, COMPLETED BY THE REDDISH TOUCHES THAT LIVE UP TO ITS NAME. The Rosella apartment is located on the 1st floor of this typical Morella house. With a floor area of 38 m2, it is suitable for a couple and also has a sofa bed in the living area for a 3rd or 4th person. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160x190), a wardrobe, and a desk that extends to become a dressing area and washbasin. In the same room, there is a large heated whirlpool bath. Full bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The kitchen, dining room and living room form a single, very warm and distinguished space that culminates in a large balcony with a wooden railing typical of the balconies in this city square, and a floor of rustic clay tiles recovered from the old house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, kitchenware, crockery, cutlery, etc.). The entire floor is made of top-quality, large-format porcelain tiles, with a cooling/heating radiant system that allows the guest to regulate the temperature. From the splendid balcony of the Rosella accommodation, in addition to the panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, every Sunday morning you can witness the rhythm of the customers and the stalls that make up the traditional market that has been held in Morella since the 13th century. The coffee machine available in the accommodation uses Nespresso capsules.
