Holiday rentals with a patio in Oropesa del Mar

It is a very complete apartment. From very attentive Laura, she gave us directions and taught us the facilities of the Apt. Everything is very well organized, clean, with the bathroom utensils and accessories, kitchen, suitable rooms and is great, very grateful to the host for the flexibility when going out. We have left water in the fridge and Colacao 🙏🏻 detail that is appreciated as well. Very comfortable we were.

The apartment being a bass and independent, is very comfortable, since there is no need to access a portal, and it is easy to come and go all the time. Two streets away there is a market, an aldi and a very large bazaar to buy. It's fresh because of what I guess in summer it's ideal. (we were the May bridge) We really liked it.

Rob and Theresa are great hosts, friendly, thoughtful and extremely attentive. The reception was warm and you almost forget that you are at an Airbnb and not with old acquaintances that you want to invite to your home next time. The house was very clean and fully equipped. I have never seen a hotel or Airbnb that was so well cleaned, and then this one was also on a sandy beach and dogs are allowed so it is even more special. We will definitely come back when we are in the area!

This place is amazing. Brilliant location and responsive host. I would however recommend a welcome pack with basic info. Key info not obvious from the listing: several floors up with a great lift. Small supermarket next door had everything we needed. Lovely walks in both directions to great bars and restaurants. Very few English tourists which was lovely. The apartment gets great sun in the morning so you can chill AM before walking the few feet to the beach PM before a sundowner at the beach cocktail bar. The height of the apartment means that the limited traffic is neither visible nor noisy when sitting down - it’s soo lovely listening to the waves from the balcony and we spent hours soaking up the views and sounds. If you are more than one small family ask for extra keys as it gives you flexibility. Enter and exit the car park through the entrance as the pavement ramp on exit is shocking. This is our second time vacationing in this town. Great location, sea view, everything is close. The apartment is freshly renovated, everything is working, fully equipped for 5 people. The only thing is the office where you need to pick up the keys is 4, 5 km from the apartment, agree in advance to bring the key to the apartment. But this is a small thing that was quickly forgotten after the first swim in the sea🫠

Francisco's apartment is impeccable. It has a very nice terrace, it is comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. The beach is very close, a couple of blocks away on foot. Communication with Francisco is super fast! Parking is on the street, we always find a place, although I imagine that in summer it's another story. If you plan to cook, bring your basic condiments (salt, oil, etc.). Check-in is coordinated with a person who gives you the keys, who also responds quickly and is very friendly. 100% recommended

We enjoyed the time in chilches, it is very close to the beach, well maintained and by car you are quickly in Valencia or Peníscola which is definitely worth a day visit. The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos and well clean.

We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

It was an incredible experience, the area is very quiet and safe, the property has everything you need, you just have to bring food, it is huge, ideal for going with children, our trip with friends had the place we needed to relax, disconnect, share and rest. The barbecue is strategically located and very comfortable to use. Definitely not 5 but 10 stars. You're sure we'll go back

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

The place was amazing and felt like home. Clean and peaceful and next to the beach which was amazing. We loved our stay and Nadia was more thank helpful with suggestions and a late check out which was wonderful considering our schedule. We would definitely recommend a stay here and a perfect 10

We had a wonderful stay! The place is bigger than we imagined and the hosts were very thoughtful! They were very responsive when we had a question. We loved it and would definitely recommend!!

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Very good location and very good apartment, it is true that it does not have air conditioning but we did not miss it. Marian, her niece, is a 10-star host, awaiting our arrival and giving us a brief summary of Peñiscola. She recommended restaurants and places to visit and shops. We would definitely stay here again

Rafa and Maria are very nice and flexible, the apartment is perfect, large, clean, with everything you need inside. It is very well located right next to the sea, and the pool on the same floor, which is very practical. 100% recommended.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

Sergio's apartment is better than described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very friendly and is always making sure that you are well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll definitely be back to this apartment. Many thanks to Sergio !
