Our log house, which was newly built in autumn 2025, is conveniently located for getting around.About 150 metres (a 2–3-minute walk) to the south entrance of the Bandao Plateau Ski Resort. Also within walking distance of the central area, where there is a public bus stop, a car park and numerous restaurants. The facility is fully equipped with a kitchen, bath, washing machine and more, making it suitable for long-term stays.There is also a large hotel right next door, where you can use the public baths and hot springs (for a fee) and rent ski equipment.There are several other hot spring facilities nearby.It is perfect for families to rent, and it is great for friends and couples, so all guests can enjoy it. The entire interior is filled with the scent of new wood, and you can feel the warmth of natural timber.Furthermore, the design of the overhead atrium creates an elegant atmosphere in the space.When you look around, you'll see a natural forest stretching out, and you'll realise that this is a house nestled in the woods.There are trees growing on the veranda and some slightly unusual features in the layout, but this is because we wanted to minimise the clearing of the forest and allow the trees and the house to coexist as much as possible. During a summer barbecue, you can reset from your daily routine while enjoying the cool mountain breeze.You can bring your favourite tools (tools are also available for hire) Why not take a break from life in an air-conditioned environment?

Panoramic Mountain House

Relax at home, stroll on foot, drive a car and have a little more adventure… it's the perfect location for any vacation. There are many activities within walking distance. Walk the Nordic walking course that starts from the front of the house to the grassy park on the shore of Lake Reisenji with a view of the majestic mountains and the hot spring with an open-air bath. There are also camp + iizuna, a water bamboo garden, and a herb garden where you can participate in various activities. Next door is the open-air cafe Womote, which is only open in the garden on weekends, where you can enjoy Swedish cuisine and soba noodles made with organic ingredients grown by the shop. Also, how about a BBQ with local vegetables from the nearby farmers' market? There are also many mountain restaurants within 20 minutes by car. You can also climb Mt. Iizuna, and if you go a little further, you can climb Mt. Togakushi and Mt. Kurohime. Oza Hossi Pond, where you can have a forest adventure, Nojiri Lake, where you can do water activities, and Zenkoji Temple are all within 20 minutes by car. In winter, you can go to the ski slopes right in front of you. All five ski resorts in northern Shinshu can be accessed within 30 minutes. The size is 339 ㎡. We renovated the building that was originally a pension to rent the entire house. The living room and dining room are at least 25 tatami mats! You can lie on the sofa or on the carpet. There are two hammocks! There is a barbecue area in the courtyard (available from April to November).It has a roof (open and closed), so you can rest easy on rainy days! There is also a Finnish sauna on the 1st floor! Complete with a water bath and a reclining chair! 4 hot water heaters and toilets have been replaced with new ones! The wallpaper in the common areas has also been replaced! Also, this building is handicap accessible.There are no steps on the 1st floor except for one room from the entrance. The TV is 2 inch 65 inches. You can also enjoy a fire in the fireplace. There are 11 rooms in total. 31 beds in all rooms. There is a large bath! In addition to a barbecue grill, we have six portable gas stoves available so that guests can enjoy barbecues and hot pots during their meals. There are also 5 accessory plates, such as grilled grilled, takoyaki, and teppanyaki.There are also plenty of dishes. There is also a washer and a drier. In an environment of 1750 meters above sea level, you can enjoy fresh greenery in spring, cool breezes in summer, autumn leaves in autumn, and skiing in winter.

Famous ski resorts such as Myoko area ski resorts, Nozawa Onsen, and Roketa Alpine Resort are also 30-40 minutes away by car. It is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy winter activities. In the green season, you can enjoy water activities such as kayaking, SUP, and fishing at Lake Nojiri, which is a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the great outdoors of Shinano-cho.
