Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

A pleasant stay in Vence. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the city center on foot. The apartment is nice, warm and bright. The terraces are really great! The little extra is having a private parking space. I highly recommend Widad's apartment for a stay with family.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent stay A stone's throw from Monaco and the train station, close to a supermarket. The place is exactly as described and very pleasant! Luckily there were the fans as it was very hot. And small problem to park the car but covered parking nearby certainly for a fee. But very pleasant stay and Raul is very responsive and his explanations for check-in are very clear and his welcome very pleasant with fresh water and coffee.

We stayed 3 days in Monique's apartment to visit some nearby towns, Grasse, Vence, Antibes and Nice. The presence of the train station is also strategic. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area and close to shops and restaurants. Monique was very nice and flexible on schedules.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianni's place. Upon arrival, Gianni was extremely responsive and always available to answer questions. The apartment was exactly as described in the advertisement. The photos were accurate to reality. Everything was perfectly furnished and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is another highlight. It is conveniently located, in close proximity to all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. Thanks again to Gianni for his generosity and hospitality.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

We had a pleasant stay at Jennyfer's! She is very friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and nothing was missing in terms of amenities. The outdoor space is very beautiful and the pool is perfect! If you like to walk a little, the city center and beach are within walking distance. I hope to come back next time :)

The view is superb, with a view of the sea and snow-capped mountains. The facilities are excellent, very close to Cannes and Antibes, Aimée welcomed us warmly and answered all questions quickly all the time, we had a great holiday here!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our group. We especially loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom—such a nice touch for comfort and privacy. Good stay, the apartment is lovely furnished. There is enough space and there is everything you need, only the beds could be more comfortable. The location is excellent for numerous excursions in the area, many also within a short distance, both beaches, museums and other attractions. The apartment is in an urban location, a bus stop right outside the door, restaurants, shops, theaters, fire department and swimming pool next door. As a result, it is of course not quite so quiet, due to some larger construction sites in the immediate vicinity. Very nice reception by Sabrina from Azur KeyGuest, excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

We lived for a week in Emmanuel's apartment and had a really good time. The outdoor space with a ping pong table is also great. Location of the house about 500 meters from the sea and the center of Juan les Pins. In general, ideal location for visiting the various towns of the French Riviera. Recommended.

The accommodation is very well located, we were by public transport, and everything is easily accessible. We are delighted with our stay, the co-host Valerie who welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating, thank you again! The apartment is very bright, nice and clean... i highly recommend it, and I hope to have the opportunity to come back.

We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. All was well and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.
