Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

Most beautiful apartment we've ever had. It was very cozy and also spacious. Charles was very flexible with our arrival and was always available to us. The price was definitely worth it for this beautiful apartment.

A pleasant stay in Vence. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the city center on foot. The apartment is nice, warm and bright. The terraces are really great! The little extra is having a private parking space. I highly recommend Widad's apartment for a stay with family.

Accommodation identical to the photos, ideal quiet location while being close to the tram and about twenty minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. It is still difficult to park but a paid parking " Jeanne d 'Arc" is a 5-minute walk away and very secure. The space could be a bit warmer with a more modern decor. Our stay went very well. We will be sure to return for a future stay in Nice.

Excellent stay A stone's throw from Monaco and the train station, close to a supermarket. The place is exactly as described and very pleasant! Luckily there were the fans as it was very hot. And small problem to park the car but covered parking nearby certainly for a fee. But very pleasant stay and Raul is very responsive and his explanations for check-in are very clear and his welcome very pleasant with fresh water and coffee.

We stayed 3 days in Monique's apartment to visit some nearby towns, Grasse, Vence, Antibes and Nice. The presence of the train station is also strategic. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area and close to shops and restaurants. Monique was very nice and flexible on schedules.

This was our sixth AirBNB home in three weeks and it was absolutely lovely - by far the best - we had been in some great places (apart from the one disappointment, just before. It was great to finish our holiday on a high note). Marina welcomed us warmly outside and took us on a tour of the flat and explained how things worked. It’s clear she loves this home that she used to live in, and appreciates the area, which we did too, so close to all. Beautiful, classic furniture, special art work on the walls; everything is of high quality and impeccable. Marina has thought of every last detail: eg cafetière AND a coffee machine; ice blocks in the freezer; crockery and cutlery top quality; verandah and a spacious lounge-dining area; beds super comfortable; bathroom excellent. The view from the main bedroom to the verandah and outside was so appreciated by me when I read my book and drank my coffee each morning. There is a market nearby and we loved buying our fresh produce daily. Brilliant!

Mathieu’s place was the perfect home base for a couple nights in Nice with our young daughter. Up on Mont Boron with beautiful views of Nice below off the balcony. Easy to park our rental car close to the apartment. Walkable to nearby carrefour and seems like it would be walkable to the port. Bus stop nearby, but we did not use. Quick drive into Old Nice or nearby Villefranche-sur-Mer. Mathieu was an excellent host - very communicative, friendly, and gave great recommendations.

We had a pleasant stay at Jennyfer's! She is very friendly and very responsive. The house was clean and nothing was missing in terms of amenities. The outdoor space is very beautiful and the pool is perfect! If you like to walk a little, the city center and beach are within walking distance. I hope to come back next time :)

Beautiful and comfortable house in a pleasant environment, close to everything to the tourist sites in the area, restaurants and shopping center.

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

The view is superb, with a view of the sea and snow-capped mountains. The facilities are excellent, very close to Cannes and Antibes, Aimée welcomed us warmly and answered all questions quickly all the time, we had a great holiday here!

We lived for a week in Emmanuel's apartment and had a really good time. The outdoor space with a ping pong table is also great. Location of the house about 500 meters from the sea and the center of Juan les Pins. In general, ideal location for visiting the various towns of the French Riviera. Recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Lena's. The apartment is impeccable, the balcony view is superb. Being able to park the car in the residence's free private parking lot is a big plus. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. All was well and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.

A breathtaking view with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep! It is centrally located, with many grocery stores, bakeries, and restaurants around. The train station is within a 10-minute walk. The place is well furnished, the kitchen has everything you may need, and the gated parking garage is also included. Frederick is super friendly, very responsive, and arrived on time to personally greet us. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place!
