Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

Extremely positive experience. The accommodation is in an ideal position to "live" Nice, very convenient to the center and public transport. It's all at your fingertips in just a few blocks. Some details that can be improved to fully take advantage of all the potential of the apartment... we would still want to return on the first day. Luca was a perfect host!!!

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. On foot to reach Larvotto Beach you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

Gianni's place was perfect! I stayed for almost two months for work and it felt like home. It is very spacious, and the balcony is great, with sun from lunchtime until evening. The view is nice, too — rather than looking at another house wall, you look out over a park/promenade. While I was there, unfortunately there was some construction work, but it will soon be finished, and everything else was great! Gianni was very responsive and helpful. I was able to pick up the key a day early as I was not in town on the day of check-in. He also reacted very quickly when there was no hot water, which was fixed very quickly. I highly recommend staying with Gianni!!!

Wonderful stay! I had a fantastic experience staying here. The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the snacks, local tips, great coffee, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay. Very spacious and really well equipped. There is a bus station right outside the house connecting you both with the city's centre and the closest train station. There is also a supermarket 5 mins walk from the house. Really clean and nicely decorated. Pierre is an amazing host, helped us all the way with the check in and recommended local attractions. I would 10/10 recommend it.

Spacious, well-maintained apartment with a beautiful view on the 6th floor (lift), great location, within walking distance to the tram in Liberation, with which you can reach the city and then all excursion destinations in Nice and the surrounding area in a short time. The walking distance to Alliance Français is particularly pleasant. The contact with Marina was reliable and friendly. She is very quick to respond. We felt very comfortable. With air conditioning, an outside temperature of more than 30 degrees could be endured well in the apartment. I have been to Nice several times; this is the best Airbnb I know in Nice!

Julien is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located in a residential area. From there, everything is within walking distance, the tram and train station are also just around the corner. Thanks for the great stay:-)

Really lovely fully equipped appartment with stunning views over Nice from the balcony. The hosts were super friendly and met us in person. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Overall , we really enjoyed our stay and the hosts went out their way to make us feel welcome.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Everything is perfect except for two minor issues: 1. I was not informed that the housekeeper costs extra and was not included. 2. The outdoor furniture, such as deckchairs by the pool, and the pool area in general could be refreshed. As well as the toilet by the pool. Please note that the rest was flawless. These 2 points do not affect the entire stay at all. Only as feedback to get the most out of it. Otherwise perfect, Charles also let us check in and out earlier. I would definitely come back.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

My girlfriend and I really like staying here. The town was so quiet and peaceful and felt like I was in a storybook. We loved the scenic views and the place was spotless. It really made us feel like we were in a movie.

Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

Excellent value for money. Very large apartment, very well cared for, with everything very clean and tidy. The area is unbeatable with the beach and downtown nearby, and the tram to the airport right next door, with streets with public (paid) parking right there. Elevator that was always working perfectly. The appliances are modern and well maintained. Hosts always had wonderful communication! On a personal level, I was uncomfortable with the spring mattress (something hard as you have some back or neck problem), but I slept on the couch, it's very comfortable haha

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Beautiful apartment. Quiet but within a very short walk to everything interesting in central Nice, and easy to walk to and from the train station and tram line. Would definitely stay here again.
