Our house is located on the famous Avenue Hugo in Nice. The area around the room is pleasant, with supermarkets, restaurants and parks, making it very convenient. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. It is only a 2-minute walk to the light rail Line 2 station, which provides direct access to the airport terminal and the centre of Nice. It is a 15-minute walk to Nice train station. There is public parking downstairs, which is free from 8 pm to 9 am. We can provide breakfast and dinner services (Chinese food). Breakfast is €15 per person, and dinner is €20 per person. Airport pick-up/drop-off service is available for 70 euros per trip.

Located just 6 minutes from the famous village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Le Mas des Arts & Spa welcomes you in a warm and family atmosphere. You can relax by the pool.
