Loft holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

Amazing location in the heart of Nice! Right in the centre of town close to lots of restaurants, cafes and public transport! The room was small, but had everything needed! The bed was a loft style bed but super comfy! One thing to note - there are over 80 steps to get to the room, so if you have big suitcases or struggle with stairs I wouldn’t recommend!

Another great week with the kids. I say it every time we can come back, it's the perfect place. Impossible to be disappointed. Everything is there: calm, liveliness, proximity to everything. The apartment is perfect and Cathy and Alain are simply more than perfect. Go ahead, this is the place for you!!!!!

The condo is beautiful and peaceful. The location is amazing - a short walk to groceries and the bus stop but also far away from the noise of the city. Martine is lovely! and very helpful and responsive too. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and have no complaints. This stay has been a highlight of our trip.

I had an amazing stay at Anthony's in the heart of Nice! The location could not be better – it's right in the center, with everything you could need just steps away. From trendy cafes and local shops to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and beach, everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Nice incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the decor, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

Perfectly located and wonderful hosts The apartment is ideally located – very quiet yet central, so you can easily walk to everything. It is generously built and offers a pleasant atmosphere, especially for sleeping as it is really exceptionally quiet. We were very warmly welcomed. Suzanne, François are extremely helpful and have provided us with many valuable tips on restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to the great location, we hardly used our car. An all-around perfect stay – highly recommended!

We had a great Stay in Nice at Greg's place. The place was spotless clean and it was walkable from all good restaurants and the old Nice. The views from the condo was amazing, Susuna was so helpful for us to check in and check out and went out of her way to get us a parking spot. Thanks for making our stay wonderful and wish to come back again.

Another stay at Cristel’s wonderful apartment which I love coming back to when in Cannes! Convenient location, beautifully appointed and cosy, Cristel thinks about everything her guests may need and so much more. Lovely little flat for 1 or 2 people for a few days in Nice. Super close to Nice Ville train station and only 10-15 minutes to Nice old town/beaches. Made day trips to Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, and smaller villages very easy.

Heather’s home is beautiful, better than the pictures. She is kind, responsive and flexible which we appreciated. The bedding and linen were of highest quality, beds super comfortable. The location is great! So close to the beach and train. Only 5min to Cannes ( on the train ). I would love to come back. Zandra

Great property, had everything we needed. Good space and excellent location. Hosts were friendly and professional. No issues during our stay.

Great place to stay for younger people in Nice. The in unit hot tub is amazing and the best perk! The unit is close to the tram station which can get you to the train station or airport easily. The area is tourist friendly and English is widely spoken. As a warning, the unit is on the 5th or 6th floor and there is no elevator and the bed is in a tiny lofted space that only has a few feet above the bed. If you are older or not able to maneuver in tight spaces, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the local church tower and the water. We couldn’t spend enough time on the patio! The location is perfect, because you don’t have to wheel your luggage up and down the steps in the pedestrian zones, but you are so close to all the restaurants and charm of old town VSM
