Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

Un agréable séjour sur Vence. L’appartement est très bien placé, proche du centre ville à pied. L’appartement est agréable, chaleureux et lumineux. Les terrasses sont vraiment top ! Le petit plus est d’avoir une place de parking privé. Je recommande grandement l’appartement de Widad pour passer un séjour en famille.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent séjour À deux pas de Monaco et de la gare, proximité d’un supermarché. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description et très agréable ! Heureusement qu’il y avait les ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud. Et petit problème pour garer la voiture mais parking couvert à proximité certes payant. Mais séjour très agréable et Raul est très réactif et ses explications pour l’arrivée sont très claires et son accueil très agréable avec eau fraîche et café.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni nell'appartamento di Monique per visitare alcune vicine cittadine, Grasse, Vence, Antibes e Nizza. Strategica anche la presenza della stazione ferroviaria. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben attrezzato. Zona tranquilla e vicina a negozi e ristoranti. Monique è stata molto gentile e flessibile sugli orari.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable chez Gianni. Dès l'arrivée, Gianni s'est montré extrêmement réactif et toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. L'appartement était exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce. Les photos étaient fidèles à la réalité. Tout était parfaitement aménagé et nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. La situation de l'appartement est un autre point fort. Il est idéalement situé, a proximité immédiate de toutes commodités: supermarchés, restaurants et transports en commun. Je recommande vivement cet appartement à quiconque cherche à passer un séjour agréable. Merci encore à Gianni pour sa générosité et son hospitalité.

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Excellent séjour dans un charmant appartement décoré avec goût et soin. La délicatesse de l’hôte, Aïsha, se ressent dans ses messages courtois et bienveillants. Ravis de cette expérience.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. The view is superb, with a view of the sea and snow-capped mountains. The facilities are excellent, very close to Cannes and Antibes, Aimée welcomed us warmly and answered all questions quickly all the time, we had a great holiday here!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and perfect for our group. We especially loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom—such a nice touch for comfort and privacy. The sunny terrace was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. The place had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Guter Aufenthalt, die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Es ist ausreichend Platz und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, nur die Betten könnten bequemer sein. Die Lage ist hervorragend für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung, vieles auch in kurzer Entfernung, sowohl Strände, als auch Museen und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Appartement ist in städtischer Lage, eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Theater, Feuerwehr und Schwimmbad nebenan. Dadurch ist es natürlich nicht ganz so ruhig, bedingt auch durch einige größere Baustellen in direkter Nähe. Sehr netter Empfang durch Sabrina von Azur KeyGuest, ausgezeichnete Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Our stay with Margarete went as well as we had hoped, offering a prime location for exploring Monaco or getting on a train to explore the French Riviera! Margarete was super responsive, and the apartment had plenty of amenities upon arrival to keep my spouse and I going during the visit. Big thanks to Margarete and would recommend the locale for anyone looking to explore around!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana nell'appartamento di Emmanuel e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Ottimo anche lo spazio esterno con tavolo da ping pong. Posizione della casa a circa 500 metri dal mare e dal centro di Juan les Pins. In generale posizione ideale per visitare le varie località della Costa Azzurra. Consigliato.

Le logement est très bien situé, nous étions en transport en commun, et tout est accessible facilement. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour, la co-hôte Valérie qui nous a accueillies était fort sympathique et arrangeante, encore merci ! L'appartement est très lumineux, agréable et propre... je recommande vivement, et nous aurons j'espère l'occasion de revenir.

Logement idéalement situé au cœur de Juan -les-Pins, propreté impeccable, bon équipement et bon isolement. Une très agréable terrasse abritée avec vue sur la mer toute proche nous a permis de manger dehors en pleines vacances de Noël. Nous avons profité de gentilles attentions à notre arrivée : Bouteille de bienvenue, petites courses pour assurer l'essentiel... Nous sommes vraiment ravis.

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het zicht is echt fenomenaal. Je geraakt er niet op uitgekeken! Ook zalig om op het heel grote terras te aperitieven. Alles was in orde en brandschoon. Heel ruim appartement met ruime slaapkamers, badkamer en ruime keuken met alle apparatuur. Een echte aanrader. Een klein minpuntje is het gemis aan wifi, maar goeie 4/5G ontvangst.
