The flat is on the first floor of an old beautiful building, close to the city center, perfect located for a good night sleep and relaxing stay. The apartment is fully furnished with luxury designer furniture and has recently been completely renovated.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Liebevoll, funktionell und stilvoll eingerichtet, verfügt über ein geräumiges Zimmer , eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank/ Tiefkühl, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Backofen) und das Bad mit einer Dusche und einem Waschtrockner. Das Bett ist 160x200 groß. Internet vorhanden. Das Apartment ist stufenlos begehbar. Im Hof wird noch renoviert, werktags 8-16.00. Wir bitten um Verständnis!
