Beautiful, well equipped and clean house in a very quiet neighbourhood that's close to train station. Has off street parking too. Hosts always contactable. Would thoroughly recommend if visiting Munich with friends.

I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and matched the details. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. In my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no phone contact. Was also not necessary, I got all the information here. The rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the townhouse is not quite as shown in the photos. So 1980s but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. This cabin is just charming, it was very easy to instantly relax and feel right at home. The property is literally on the edge of a forest, with Worthsee lake just 15 minutes away on foot, there’s a couple of restaurants right on the lake, but the kitchen is very well equipped to cook as well. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Accommodation was clean and well-appointed. Nice hot shower, good kitchen facilities. Bed was a fold out so not the most comfortable in the world but still fine. A bus stop is located just across the street which made getting into the centre of Munich very easy (tip: buy a daily pass and it can be used on all public transport). Thomas and Manuela speak great English and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. Steffi is a very accommodating and friendly person. We will definitely be back. Thank you Steffi for your hospitality!

Julia is absolutely wonderful. So did her place. Everything was clean and tidy. Julia communicates quickly and is very helpful. I can recommend a place to stay.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

The place was perfect with a well equipped kitchen,very clean. A good base to explore Bavaria.Agnes is a top host with good communication, she made our holiday even better. Highly recommend.

The place is close to the old town, has everything that makes children's hearts beat faster and the contact was always quick and good. The house has an elevator and easy parking right at the apartment. From here you can explore everything in Augsburg on foot. We felt very comfortable here. Thank you.

Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

Katharina’s house was very nice and had everything we needed. There is someone living in an attached unit so we could hear them when we were in the kitchen/dining room area. We felt like we had to be super quiet when we were in there.

Looking for a nice place to stay in Munich for the fair, we were very lucky to come across this wonderful house. Especially Katharina, her husband and her children are extremely helpful, friendly and just wonderful people. The house is 25 to 30 minutes from the center, which is just the right distance for us. We are very happy that we chose this place and not somewhere in the center. Everything you need is at your disposal in the house. There are numerous restaurants and markets nearby, which you can easily reach in just five minutes. If you want to spend a wonderful time in the unique, peaceful and quiet atmosphere of a farm, this is the perfect place for it. We really would have loved to stay longer, but when we come back to Munich we know where we want to stay. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Best regards,

This home is absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful decor, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. Everything was perfectly prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended — I would come back in a heartbeat!

The apartment was very comfortably furnished. The apartment is quietly located and the nearest S-Bahn station can be reached very quickly on foot. This makes it excellent for Munich - excursions or excursions to the Alps. The terrace is well furnished for evening sounds.

Communication with the landlords is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We liked the apartment very much and it corresponds 100% to the photos on the website. A very nice apartment with a great location. I am very happy to recommend this.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

We didn’t want to leave……. It is hard to sum up just how amazing this stay has been. Right from the moment we arrived we had a warm welcome from Vicky. Detailed instructions upon arrival and we felt every need had been thought about and catered for. We arrived late in the evening and when we awoke it was to a breath taking Mountain View. The outdoor space was beautiful, our 3 boys were out there everyday and loved the freedom. By the end of our stay we felt like we were staying with friends and didn’t want to leave this piece of paradise. This is a well equipped accommodation with everything you could need. Even first aid and local maps. We miss this place and these people already and can’t wait to go back. Vicky we can’t thank you enough for your warmth, kindness and hospitality.

Monika is an excellent host. She is super kind and prepared our accommodation to be warm and cosy for when we arrived. The place is spacious, very pretty and relaxing. Excellent when traveling for business and want an alternative stay. There’s a station near by and also an amazing bakery/coffee shop to pick up all the goodies! Thank you Monika

We spent a very nice week in Andreas apartment. Our kids were able to enjoy the garden, and the puzzles and games for children that were already there were also used. Communication and cleanliness great! The location is great, we drove by car to Murnauer Moos, and to the Ammergauer and Garmisch mountains.

Clean, easy and reliable. Was great for a night's stay on a long road trip.
