Wonderful location, surrounded by nature, far from the chaos of the city, we really relaxed, reminiscent of typical Italian mountain houses, in the most niche areas. Spectacular!!!!

Uli was a fantastic host - very responsive and proactive to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house was easily big enough for the eight people in our group and the furnishings were very comfortable and homey. The location is perfect. We took the train to Munich, which was convenient, and we drove to Neuschwanstein, Zugspitze, Oberammergau, and several other locations - all within about an hour of the house. I will 100% stay here again when we return to this area.

I highly recommend staying with Thomas. The location is great and the accommodation has everything you need. Thomas was very friendly and I can recommend the accommodation with restrictions!

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

Christine is an amazing host and her place is beautiful. She has a lovely garden and the apartment is cozy and had everything we need. Christine also picked us up from the train station when we arrived with our suitcases, and helped us with some special requests we had. The apartment is in a beautiful and peaceful area, 10 minute walk from the train station, convenient for driving to Munich hbf, Marienplatz and Oktoberfest. Looking forward to our next visit at Christine’s place!

Top accommodation, I can fully recommend it. Siglinde and Marius are great landlords, we felt very welcome.

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constant between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile cot, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. The size of the sauna allows several people to relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we could not really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

We were at the property with a large group of girls. We were able to unwind perfectly and enjoy the peaceful location! The house has everything you need! It leaves nothing to be desired! We will be happy to come back!

This is a beautiful, peaceful retreat just outside of Munich. The home is easy to get to - GPS will take you to the correct location. There is a parking spot for a car. Aldi & Post are a 15 min. walk. Train station is a 20-25 min. walk. With bicycles it is even faster. Trains to Munich are about every 10 min. The trains are convenient - we took day trips to Zugspitze and Salzburg. Markt Schwaben is a charming town with bakeries, ice cream shops and restaurants. The walk to some of the restaurants can be 30+ min. There is also a large bicycle store. Johann's house is delightful! It has 3 bedrooms (2 lg beds & 1 futon). There are 2.5 baths and laundry. The garden is beautiful and we watched the birds around the pond morning and night. After days of being in large crowds, this home offers a calming, private respite that was perfect for my family. Johann is responsive and I highly recommend his home. Thank you, Johann for a wonderful week!

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

I was very warmly received by Katharina and felt welcome with the dog at all times. Her family were also very friendly. The accommodation was well equipped and has a great location. I could ask Katharina anything at any time. It was a successful holiday all around, thank you.

The stay with Katharina was fine. Very neat. Great instructions. The enclosed garden was very nice so our dog could go outside freely.

Thomas and his wife are amazing people. I felt just like at home. Perfect location if you’re with kids. Walkable, great public transportation and a lot of groceries.

Robert's place is the reason I'd rather use Airbnb than book a hotel room. Full of charm and character, the Cool Cat Cave is the antithesis of a bland hotel room or serviced apartment. What we got for our 3 night stay was a comfortable, quirky place with loads of space. I'd recommend the CCC if you're looking for something a bit different, a bit unusual, yet still have all the mod cons complete with an attentive, fast responding host.

My friends and I had a great stay in Munich for 5 days at this Airbnb. We loved the location - steps from the English Garden and very close to many restaurants and bars. It is a 5-10 minute walk from a U stop as well as a number of bus lines, making it easy to get around Munich and about a 30 minute (pretty) walk to the center of Old Town. Uli was very flexible in letting us drop our suitcases off before check-in and even took time to show us around the apartment! He was very friendly and responsive. The apartment has everything you might need and is a good size for 3-4 people. I would stay here again if I'm in Munich!

Nice location and flat Communication with Lucilla was easy

A very big and warm thank you to the hosts. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the days so much. Anja and André are incredibly friendly, accommodating and warm. We were 3 friendly couples and felt comfortable from the first moment. It is a magnificent accommodation, which is surpassed by the friendly hosts. Arrive and feel at home. Could have stayed so much longer! We will definitely come back and wish everyone all the best from the bottom of our hearts!! We had a lovely stay at Katharina’s place. The apartment was conveniently located on the tram line so we were able to get downtown very quickly by tram/subway! It was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle - the apartment was quiet and had a great balcony to enjoy the sunshine. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We also appreciated having access to laundry! Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We felt very comfortable at Chris's and were very surprised, because the accommodation seemed much larger than in the pictures! The apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped for our night in Munich. Gladly again!

The house is very beautiful, in a quiet and convenient location with very good access to the old town/centre (metro line U1 and then 15 minutes on foot or bus line 52 if you don't want to walk at all). Most important of all, however, is Susi, who is impeccable as a hostess, especially kind, direct & helpful, willing to give you as much information as you need about the house and the city. I would definitely choose it again on a future visit to Munich.
