The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative district in the center of Munich. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are a few meters away. You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Enjoy your vacation in this paradise in the suburb of Munich and u will have an unforgettable trip! The apartment is only 35 minutes drive to the Munich airport and 15 minutes drive the new exhibition centre- Messe. To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.
