Jay is a great host, very hospitable, considerate and talented. Every room is clean and cozy. The location of the house is very good, you can walk to U2 subway exit in a few minutes, 4 subway stations directly to the exhibition hall, and it is also very convenient to go to the city center. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's convenient to shop and eat. By the way, Jay's eggs in the morning are super delicious! Happy travels, yeah!

We were allowed to spend a night here. Kerstin is very friendly and takes great care of her guests. There was also a lovingly prepared breakfast the next day. Dear Kerstin, thanks for everything! ☺️

Dorothea was a very warm and accommodating hostess, with whom we felt right at home. At check-in, there was a homemade elderberry spritzer, very tasty. Breakfast was also a sensation and would actually deserve 6 stars! Thank you for your hospitality, Dorothea. This can really be recommended!

Marion's place is very beautiful and clean. My stay there went well and I definitely recommend the room. She and her daughter are very nice people. Now I am looking forward to having a coffee together someday.

I had a great stay at Franziska’s place! The location is excellent . and the property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Franziska was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

We really appreciated Ines hosting us in her lovely home. It is very spacious for two people and the location is excellent—a brief walk to multiple means of public transit, a great grocery store at the end of the street, and very quiet all day and night. If you enjoy a firm bed, you will likely be comfortable on the very large couch. Communication with Ines was excellent and she quickly and kindly answered any questions we had.

The apartment is really nice, spacious and tastefully furnished. Benjamin makes it easy to feel comfortable there. Communication was easy and fast, check-in and check-out completely uncomplicated. I loved that the fridge was equipped with a basic set of edibles. The U2 is in the immediate vicinity, so you have every opportunity to get into the city quickly. Next time Munich will be happy to come back here.

The accommodation is peaceful and very well located, 8 minutes from the center by metro and 40 minutes by foot passing through very beautiful streets. Hidemi is a charming host, very welcoming and who was kind enough to prepare breakfast for me. I warmly repeat this airbnb again.

We have never had such an experience in our dozens of stays in Lo Action. Franz exceeded all expectations: he is a generous and funny man, very kind. He did everything to make our stay at his place as pleasant as possible. Breakfasts and if NT hearty, very nourishing, complete. We were welcomed to his home as if we were great friends, we talked, drank good wine with him. The room is very comfortable, we slept like kings. Franz is the best host and we are very happy to have met him.

Stephanie is lovely and very caring. The location is ideal close to Munich and 1.5 hours from the castles. The apartment is very calm and well designed for family

It is a small, clean, conveniently located guest room. No frills but it has what you would expect in a nice small hotel room.

We stayed at Thomas's place at Schliersee's place for a quick vacation. The location was great, the breakfast absolutely varied, everything you can think of and very tasty! The room was exactly the same as the photos, very new and modern, clean and spacious! The bathroom is a dream! Check-in went smoothly via key box, check out as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Only criticism: since the room is right on the hallway next to the breakfast room, you regularly woke up from 6.30 (time at the beginning of breakfast), as it is very audible and the guests of course chat or ask the employees something. If you are sensitive in this regard, you should bring Oropax or book another room. It was ok with us. We felt very comfortable and recommend it 100%!

Hannelore is really nice and friendly (his Karl a little bit less) but you can have very good time in this place The WIFI is perfect and Hannelore prepare some excellent breakfast ;)

Superb Host . exceptional hospitality

We had an amazing experience in Munich! Alex and Karoline were exceptionally nice and attentive hosts, greeting us with a chilled beer upon our arrival and ensuring that everything was flawless during our stay. Breakfast was thoughtfully laid out every morning, and made it easy to start the day and go explore Munich. On mornings when they were not at home, we would discover a lovely note wishing us a wonderful day. I have never felt so welcomed in an Airbnb. If (or rather, when) I come back to Munich, this will definitely be my preferred accommodation!

Rosa wonderfully picked me up from the express bus, as I arrived without a car (and was even driven back to the bus on departure; but that would also be doable in 15-20 min on foot). Super nice welcome from the two hosts! Rooms with bathroom are as beautiful and stylish as in the photos, and sparkling clean. I was even able to use a mini fridge and also a kettle I could have used. Breakfast was very lovingly prepared, my special vegetarian wishes were gladly addressed and also my early time for breakfast was no problem. Very nice conversations with the hosts, I would love to come back anytime and can fully recommend everything and thank you again for the wonderful stay!!
