Welcome to my cozy and quiet 1.5 room apartment . The sunny balcony invites you to relax. From the apartment there is a good connection to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. (S-Bahn) and in about 15 minutes to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) by tram 19. Parking is free in front of the door. Within walking distance is a shopping mall, Westpark, for a walk, Bakeries, supermarkets, drugstores and small restaurants.
