Sights such as the English Garden, Odeonsplatz or Marienplatz are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment has two modern bathrooms with shower and bath tub. The beds are super comfortable and can accommodate up to 7 adults. The apartment is air conditioned and offers everything you could ever need.

In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
