Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Oak Island

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

This was the cutest and most comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to everything we wanted to do. Very walkable location with Cape Fear river view. Off-site parking was easy and convenient. Would stay here again and again....

Great place, beach house energy!! Walkable to the beach, nice dock at the end of the road. Close to great restaurants and still convenient to Holden & Southport (25-30 min drive) we went to both for dinner. Also has great amenities with the beach equipment they have for guest, helped us as we didn’t come fully prepared as we normally do! Johnny (their Pup) was a sweet touch to say hey to when he was out with his people, the hostess, whom are both very friendly!!!! :) I’d recommend this house to anyone to stay at!

My husband and I loved the closeness of the ocean and we were able to walk everyday to the Beach. The house worked out perfectly for us and we would stay there again. Our trip was a great success and we were able to relax and enjoy the beach. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness.

The Lazy Turtle and its host, Marilyn, were both lovely. Marilyn was kind and friendly, kept me up-to-date on happenings around the island, and was quick to respond and help when needed! She was a wonderful host!! The Lazy Turtle was perfect for what I needed for my getaway. It was quiet, has great amenities, private, and just a lovely space! I love my stay and the process. Easy & simply check-in and check-out!

This place is a mother's dream come true for a vacation. The preparations and details they put into making it into the most accommodating place to stay. Words and pictures can't even explain how great it was, and we will be back many times to come and will not stay anywhere else!! I have a age range of kids from 16 years old teenagers 4 year old and a 1 year old and they were all satisfied with things to do. Then me and my mom were able to relax comfortably. Very organized, clean and prepared. You will need to not bring anything but clothes and your family. I promise everything else is there plus more. Super responsive,generous and kind host that really take pride into making sure you have the best stay making great memories with your family without any worries. Thank you for making it super easy on this mama!! We had an amazing time and look forward to future trips!

LOVE IT! Would absolutely stay there again and bummed we could only stay one night! It is clean, new feeling and neighborhood is quiet and just homey. Upstairs is perfect for a couple and then a couple kids - with nice master downstairs. Back yard is a nice option to get outside. Don’t hesitate on this one !

Second time staying here. A little big for two people but our dogs love the fenced in back yard. If you enjoy a quiet, peaceful, clean home and area. I recommend staying here! We love the home and area as we prefer “lights out by 9” and this home on the dead end street will provide just that. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Only minutes to the ocean. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to make our third trip to Lydia’s.

Brenda’s place is pristine, very neat, lots of fun add ons with the pool, sauna, walking distance to great restaurants, beach front and Publix. Brenda is super responsive and saved our mini-vacay by helping us at the 9th hour! We’ll certainly come back as we loved it there especially as first time in Oak Island.

We really enjoyed our stay and had very positive interactions with both Jane and Scott. The place was clean and cute and exactly as it was listed. The floorplan was perfect for our family of 5. It was easy to get to and we felt right at home. Despite the house being on a pretty main road we didn’t feel that the traffic noise was unbearable. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Conveniently located for anything on Oak Island and surrounding areas. The place was clean and cute and we felt right at home.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at the cottage. We feel like it’s our second home. Everything is located conveniently. Walking distance to the beach, scenic walk, kayak ramp. We have seen wild life too blue crabs,large fish all kinds of different birds. Even a little raccoon once. The house it’s always clean and offers all the extras. Owners always there for you. If you ever need to reach The owners, they respond very quickly. It’s a comfortable home for family and friends and even a pet. It’s a super friendly pet island!!! Locals make you feel welcome. Now you see why it’s like a second home.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

Chad was fantastic! Super sweet and attentive! Place felt bigger in person! Loved the way it was decorated and glitter ceilings was a nice touch! Loved the location and easy beach access! Would stay again!

We absolutely loved our week at Anne’s condo. It was not only beautifully decorated, but also very cozy and comfortable. Our favorite place to hang out was on the deck overlooking the beach and pool. The kitchen was amazing. Everything we needed was right there. The beds were so comfortable. Anne was extremely helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and provided lots of great helpful hints about where to visit and eat. It was an awesome first visit to Ocean Isle Beach and definitely not our last.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. We had a fantastic week at John's place with our family for spring break. It is a quiet area of the island. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the deck is beautiful. It was the perfect place for a family of four. We fell in love with Oak Island and hope to be back very soon!

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Southports Southern Charm! Clean, comfortable, and walkable to many well loved restaurants and shops!
